Which is fine, I replied to the email stating my preference for an exchange but that was six days ago and I’ve heard nothing back since.
No idea if my order has been changed, dispatched or what is happening at all. Tried to get an update today but again nothing back yet…”
“I ordered a hoodie and 2x t-shirts turned up. I was open and honest with them and all I was offered was 10% off my next order after sending the tops back and I have only just received my hoodie over a week later. This is poor for me as I did tell them I work away so it wasn’t an easy process to return the items.
I have told UNIK I will not be using them any further unfortunately.”
“Haven't received my product after 2 weeks after order. Lackning customer support regarding this issue with a reply first after 2 emails and 1 Instagram message. They have offered me no further information regarding my delivery but have sent me a generic stalling message after my third attempt at contacting them. Terrible experience overall, do not recommend.”

I had a terrible experience with UnikClothing. I understand it's a small, independent brand, but I’ve shopped from many similar brands, and the difference is shocking.
First, I ordered a t-shirt and a hoodie online. Not only did they arrive three days later than promised on their website, but despite following their size guide, the clothes were enormous. And I like oversized clothing, but this was just ridiculous.
To make things worse, I live in Dubai, and I had to pay customs fees that they never mention on their site. When I tried to return the items and asked for help with the return shipping, they claimed that because they're an independent brand, they don’t offer returns. Even when I offered to handle the shipping myself, they ignored my requests for information.
But without a doubt, the worst part is the quality of the clothing. The fabric is so rough that it actually itches, and it’s hard to believe a hoodie and a t-shirt could feel this uncomfortable. This has been one of the worst brands I’ve ever come across, both in terms of quality and customer service. Absolutely disgraceful!”
“This was not a good experience, they mixed up the tracking numbers on the 2 orders I had. One was shipped and delivered very quick but the other one took about a month. The customer service responded quickly at first then ignored me for 2 weeks. Also the quality of the product is nowhere near what they’re charging for it”
“On the website, a 2XL sweatshirt was listed as 71 cm (28 inches) pit to pit. Once I got it, it measured 61 cm (24 inches) pit to pit. I want my money back and for you to pay for shipping because it was falsely advertised at the wrong size.”
“I haven't received my package that has been marked "delivered". I've reached out a few times for assistance to help me locate the package, a present for my brother in law, and nobody has responded. Still waiting and hoping for a response and some help! Or at least a refund considering I cannot get my hands on this package...”
“I ordered 2 items on the 3rd August and it stated the items would be delivered within 1-2 working days. However I had not received my order so sent multiple emails to chase this, and they then informed me they didn’t even have 1 item. I agreed for them to send me the item they had (which still did not arrive until the 23rd August - 15 working days after my order instead of the 1-2 they advised online and in my confirmation email). The item also arrived faulty, with the graphic print on the back peeling off. They advised my 2nd item would be sent soon after but it is now the 4th September and I am yet to receive a refund for the faulty item despite them offering this, and have received no update on the 2nd item I ordered and paid for at the beginning of August.
I understand they are a smaller independent business, but this service is simply unacceptable - complete lack of communication - and I will not be ordering from them again (and I’d suggest others not to as well). I spent a lot of money on these 2 items as they were a gift for my partners birthday so I’m extremely disappointed.”
