“I unfortunately had a very negative experience and I do hope this review will help them to make some improvements to their customer service standards.
I placed an order 12th June which was a gift for a friend. My order did not arrive until 1st July as they accidently sent me the wrong order. These things happen so my review is not based on this, but based on their lack of urgency in fixing the problem.
On 17th June they emailed to say I've received an incorrect order. This confused me as I hadn't, but the incorrect order did indeed arrive on 18th. The moment this was spotted I would have expected them to have sent a replacement order. This was not the case. It took them 5 days to respond to my email and explain what was going on. I understand your a small business, but 5 days is too long, especially when you don't have a contact number. I was again surprised that they further delayed sending me my actual order until I had returned the wrong order and sent through proof of postage. Again, I don't have a problem returning a wrong order - but to withhold my order for even longer seemed unnecessary, especially as I made clear it was important and I had already missed the birthday it was intended for. I was also told they would provide a goodwill discount for the inconvenience - I haven't received anything yet and I don't think it's something I should have to chase for?
A real shame as the products are excellent, but the service was truly some of the worst I have experienced and a complete red flag to order from you again.”
“Poor quality. Joggers arrived with a hole in the pocket, sizing isn’t right - cuffs on the sweatshirt are really long and tight which is surprising because they are unisex. I wouldn’t buy from here again unfortunately”

“Do not buy from this brand. I purchased two items from them recently because I saw they are a small brand and wanted to support them rather than shop on ASOS etc. After ordering I was told, due to ‘stock issues’, one of the items was out of stock/discontinued, so couldn’t be shipped. I wasn’t offered a refund, I was offered store credit and a discount code. I admire the push but didn’t appreciate the fight for my money back, which I did eventually manage to get. When my second item arrived it was surprisingly poor quality with marks, dodgy printing, loose threads and frayed drawstrings. Instantly reeked of Alibaba. I requested a refund but was once again pushed to accept an exchange, store credit or discount. A refund was finally agreed, but after sending the item back they issued me a gift voucher without warning and said this was because the ‘return team’ deemed the item as worn due to the smell (insulting) and marks. So, even though the tags were still attached and I had only tried the item on, they accused me of being dishonest, aren’t reply to my emails and are still trying to wriggle out of giving me my money back. I hope this review helps at least one person, and would encourage anyone considering buying from this brand, to not waste their precious money and find another small brand to support instead.”
“I purchased a top on the 31st May and paid for next day delivery (including Saturday), as the top was a birthday gift for my friend. Next day delivery isn't cheap but I wanted to ensure that it would arrvive by the Monday, when I was seeing my friend. However, the top wasn't posted until Monday and it didn't arrive until Wednesday 5th June - 5 days later....
I emailed Holly three times about where my order was and I never recieved a reply. Really poor customer service.”
“Jumper arrived smelling awful with a black stain and hairs on it. I contacted Holly at customer services asking for a return label and explaining I didn’t have a printer so she sent a label that needed printing. I have contacted her twice now to explain I can’t print it and no reply! Terrible quality and terrible customer service.”
