“The worst company i have ever dealt with. Operations manager michelle is clueless. Been trying to make a claim for 2 plus years but they make excuse after excuse and refuse to pay out for anything at all. This company will not save you any money regardless of warranty cover. They take money and will never pay out. Also they stretch out your claim untill your policy is about to end then say they cant do anything about the claim untill you've renewed. Cow boy company”

I advise against taking out a policy with warranty first
So cross that I paid so much money for peace of mind only to find when my car needed repairing that the part was covered under my premium cover but in a clause it wasn't 👎👎👎👎 this company doesn't want to pay anything out even with the smallest of repair costs plus they have lots of hidden clauses and terms I wonder whether any claim will be deemed successful
Discusting company and no I will not be renewing and advise anybody to sign up in the first place

“Avoid. You pay them a fortune thinking you’re covered, but when it comes to needing to claim they don’t pay out. Abhorrent behaviour from a company that has mis sold my product. Their sales people should look up what “any major mechanical or electrical eventuality” means”
“We took out a warranty with this firm after the initial 6 months the garage gave expired.
I am still in shock about the inconsistence, untruthfulness, and the sarcasm with which the claim we presented had be handled. I think they are expert in claims avoidance. My garage submitted a quote of just over £1000 and they approved only £316 of which I have to pay £315 before they will pay out, what a coincidence eh?
All I have to conclude with is.... 'buyer beware'.
I should be cancelling the warranty and demanding back all the premiums I have paid thus far. They I should pay the garage for the repairs myself.
The USB control is not covered, the wiper pump is not covered, and electric windows is not covered.
So what is covered under the warranty?.... 'Not A Lot'

Was told I would be sent an information pack via post this never came, I had several issues throughout the length of the plan, had to pay for them all myself, when a major cost occurred I tried to contact the company, but communications were shut down. Delaying the process until after the warranty had expired.
Warranty First believe talking to someone is a luxury, they should be called Customer Last. There was never any intention of contacting me as described by the approved Commission based sales man who will lie through there teeth to get there commission at the customers expense. Complete con job making claiming anything bureaucratic, long winded and frustrating in the hope that they will not make a claim.
