“I've been using my Waterdrop pitcher for a couple of years now. A longtime Brita pitcher user who often forgot to change the filter every month, I decided to give the Waterdrop system a try partly because of the long-lasting filters (up to 3 months). The pitcher itself is agreeable to hold with its wooden handle, and as far as taste goes, I'm very happy. I've just changed a filter after having used it for 3 months even though I couldn't detect any little flavor seeping into the water (unlike the Brita Maxtra system after one month or so).
Of course, water taste and actual filtering capacities are not the same thing, but not having a chemistry lab in my kitchen, I'll just have to hope they equate to some extent!”

“The GOOD: The kit has everything you need. The quality is excellent. It IS relatively easy to install. BUT
The instructions can be improved. They assume even minor knowledge, which isn't necessary to have in order to install the filter if only it were explained a bit more carefully. The Scannable QR codes on the box that would lead to help, etc. did not work. (broken links) I tried several different scanning apps. I'm a physician with basically minimal to no experience with plumbing (years ago I replaced a faucet.) . I watched a video (someone else's was more detailed than your company's) and managed. Also, if the figures were enlarged and showed more detail that too would be helpful. If you don't want to include that in the package. A very detailed description could be posted on your website. I did search there first but didn't find one.”
“Install was easy, holding the button for 7 seconds did not change color, had turn on water, then it changed color. More importantly, how do you dispose the old filter? Recycle?”
“My package was torn open and re taped however 1 of my filters was missing. I called got a real person on the phone. She took care of it right away. Even though it was not there fault. During shipping the one filter was lost.”

“Works fine. I first bought the Waterdrop system at the Walmart website. When feeling that it's time to change the filter I couldn't easily find replacement filters on the Walmart website or anywhere. I would like to recommend when selling the system on other websites to advise the seller to add a direct connection or link to get the filters.
