“Product is top notch. However when ordering a replacement filter, it was shipped via FedEx who delivered to wrong address. Due to your shipping arrangement with FedEx, the customer cannot file a claim. Only the shipper. I emailed you, did as asked and waited a few extra days but to no avail. I was told you would simply ship another one out via a different carrier. However when the time came, I was told that I was getting refunded and to just order thru Amazon. Is this really how you handle a problem? I ordered directly thru you to get it faster and from the manufacturer, not a third party. I still do not have a filter.”

“The Waterdrop system works very well! Although the installation was difficult because we barely had enough room under the sink for the unit plus all the tubes, it's easy to replace the filters when they are ready for a new one. The system tells you when with colors. And the customer service is wonderful!”
