“I was very pleased with my experience with “We are Bound”. I ordered a shirt from the website which I found was too short once it had been delivered.
I filed for the return and upon confirmation Jack emailed me directly with the options available. He was very understanding of my requirements and wanted to understand how they could improve not only their service but tailoring to my (the customers) requirements.
The only slight negative to mention was that returns were not covered by the company. Now I am aware that they have not advertised a free return policy and I was comfortable to pay the fee, but it would be an added extra to not have to pay for this service.
Overall though, I was delighted with the service offered by Bound and would recommend to anyone.

“First order, clothes are great. Customer service? I pressed the wrong size on order, immediately realised my mistake and messaged on all media's to try and resolve. Nil response until told it was too late, items dispatched. No attempt to assist or resolve. I have now posted the incorrect size back at my expense. Still waiting to hear.
I know it's my mistake , but I have spent years in customer service and sales and you had an opportunity to either make things right or assist.
I would have become an overnight brand ambassador.
As a smallish brand, I'd hoped for better. I'm still awaiting acknowledgement of return and redelivery.”
