“My order was supposed to be delivered on the 23th it is now the 29th with no correspondence from XDP at all. I contacted the business were I purchased my order from they apologised and gave me a tracking number. The tracking information does not work it is all lies. One day it said the delivery van was on its way to me it was 4 miles away from my house, after waiting a few hours with no delivery I checked the tracking again and it said it is 39 miles away. I’ve tried contacting XDP using there online chat system I messaged them asking about when I will receive my delivery, 40 minutes later I was still waiting for reply so I have just give up. I have honestly never known a courier service as bad as this. I don’t understand why any business would use XDP there service is atrocious. Unfortunately I will never order anything else from this company again because of there choice of courier.”

“ordered a mattress,received message next day to say it was In their hands. 2 days later got message with a 2 hour delivery slot. App couldn't download as it was too old for my brand new phone. Email tracking link was just as useless. Delivery eventually came at 9pm,SIX HOURS LATE and with mud on the packaging. When questioned,rude driver said we've been busy,call customer service. Just so happens its one of those premium numbers.

“Dealt with company through Wayfair and is now one of the main reasons we will never order from company ever again. 3 times we had a bed redivided to us and this company refused to bring it up one flight of stairs stating we don’t do that and it’s a 2 man job. We had other deliveries deliver from Wayfair which brought item straight up and into property with no issues. The item when loaded onto XDP vehicle must of known it requires 2 persons to deliver so why the issues on delivery all of which have been logged as complaints to Wayfair. We had on one of the occasions abusive language used and a manner which was alarming from the delivery man. Will avoid any company that use XDP in the future unprofessional and don’t want to deliver goods in damaged and to the property???? Our bed was thrown down outside the close and was damaged as driver refused to deliver saying 2 man job and he doesn’t go up stairs ?”

“Dreadful! Ordered furniture from Big Furniture Warehouse 5 August 2022. Arrived at XDP depot 6/8. Used tracking app. 11/8 delivery scheduled pm. Never arrived. Email received 'Service fail notification. 12/8 back at depot. 15/8 still at depot. Contacted BFW they said their XDP tracker stated out for delivery 15/8. Doesn't show on my tracker. Today 16/8 my tracker still shows 15/8 08:45:38 Items at depot. Trading standards next option I feel!”
“Really bad company and i thought hermes/evri was bad this company takes the gold medal everytime ordered a lazy spa through b&m online first couple of days there was updates until it got into there local depot was assigned to a route twice in 11 days had enough as there own customer services could not help they said contact the shipper after a few more day's nothing was happening cancelled the order got money back a few hour's later xdp told b&m customer services the lazy spa was lost in depot big heavy box to go missing but to the person who is enjoying the spa in your back garden in the lovely weather have a cold beer for us”
“Zero star. They dont respond. They dont show up. Three delivery slots all no shows.
Then they show up when they feel like it. Then email you at 7pm after the horse has bolted. Avoid. Travel and collect the item yourself. If you like stress and headaches and time you will never get back then this company is for you.”
