I opted for a express delivery and its more than 14 days still haven’t received the watch. Apparently you guys have shipped through standard delivery.

Website is built to deceive. NOWHERE does it mention quartz watches on the description page of each watch. It says "chronograph" instead of quartz watches. It says "automatic" for automatic mechanical watches. Shameful! I will NEVER BUY A WATCH FROM THEM AGAIN!

I received a badly cracked watch -- twice! This is the first negative review I've ever written about anything. I ordered this Xeric watch as a Christmas present and we opened it on Christmas Day to discover it was terribly cracked. I reached out to Xeric and they asked me to return the watch in exchange for a replacement. I was initially told that a new one would not be shipped until the damaged watch was received (not once I sent it). I was offered a $20 refund to cover the shipping costs or a $30 store credit (meaning I'd pay $20 in shipping out of pocket and a bonus of $10 to buy another one of their unreliable products). It's absurd to offer a $30 store credit when I'm meant to pay for the shipping for an item that arrived broken, but I digress. Fortunately, the customer service rep expedited the shipping process and for that I was appreciative. I have still not received a refund for the shipping of the first watch, three weeks after sending them the tracking number. The second watch arrived three weeks after shipping out the original one. Excitedly, I opened the box to discover this watch was cracked just as badly if not worse than the first one. Abysmal. In recap: I've waited five weeks for a watch that arrived broken twice, sent seven emails about it, will have to package/drive to/ship the box back a second time (hoping I'll get my $40 refunded) and will ultimately be watch-less.

Never received a confirmation of my purchase couldn’t get a response from “ customer service “ never received my “watch”..but still got charged wasn’t able to track my purchase I also payed for the “ insurance “ ended up reporting my experience to my credit card company to have them take care of it … Won’t ever buy anything from this website… Should I tell you how I really feel….

Hi Kevin! Thanks for your review. It looks like we've had a team member reach out to you regarding your preorder watch. Please kindly note, that your watch isn't supposed to be shipped until February of 2023, as clearly noted on the product page. As previously mentioned in our email to you, we always recommend you just email our team if you wanted to inquire or cancel. Bank chargebacks can take months to return the funds to your account, and we are happy to cancel and refund if you were just to shoot us an email. We could have just cancelled and refunded the same day. No need to ever go the chargeback Route. If you are able to contact your bank and cancel the chargeback, We can still cancel and refund. We would just need a letter from your banking institution closing the chargeback. If you still wanted the pre order item, you will still need to close the chargeback. In the meantime, we will place a hold on the order and please let us know if you have any questions.

I was disappointed with the quality. It stopped working within an hour and after inspecting it closer I saw that the raised part that has the numbers printed on them wasn't center but was tilted to the right. The back plate of the watch also seemed to be put on upside down. I love Xeric watches but I dont know what happend with this model to drop in quality. I understand that mistakes happen especially when they have 1000s of watches to go though. But it was still disappointing to get this after pre ordering and waiting. Customer service has been great so far so that's a plus. I hope to get store credit for this one and order something else..

Hello! Thank you for your review. Countries outside the US may apply customs fees and/or VAT on goods purchased from another country. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout (shipping is excluded from these charges and is paid at checkout). I’m really not pleased with my new purchase. It’s a lot smaller than the one from my original Xeric purchase which by the way does not work either. I tried to have this repaired but to no avail. I would really like to recommend to family and friends but because of these to issues I can’t.

No news from my purchase, never got any message despite sending several requests. My watch seems to be close to Paris but I never got any call or any notice !!!! I am very disappointed - and unfortunately already owner of several Xeric watches

Hey Wilfrid! It looks like our customer service team advised you a few times to call your local post to keep your package available for pick up, due to the delivery failing. Unfortunately, if a package isn't collected and they aren't contacted by the customer, it will be returned to sender. Once it arrives back to us, we'd be happy to reship. We'll be in touch when it does!

I purchased my watch on eBay, I only needed caseback screws from Xeric. When I was specific in text what watch I had and what screws I needed I was asked to send a picture of the watch to show the person I was talking to what it was. This wouldn't have been that concerning, except when I did finally get the screws, after having to check in months later as they had never arrived, they were either the wrong screws or manufactured poorly. The replacement screws I received were too tall on the head and dug into my wrist. So after my experience I just left the missing screws out rather than dealing with customer service again. The watch is ok, but has it's issues (battery doesn't last very long, ceracoat scratches easily, discoloration.". I just couldn't see myself seeking out another Xeric watch, definitely not at full retail. I'm also not sure why I got this email to review my recent purchase as the screw issue was over a year ago.

I haven't recieved my watches! I'm still on line with shipper trying to figure out why you just drop such expensive order in front of the door, the whole street has an access to it...we live in a house, I hopped that you will request signature ....I'm giving you 1 star not for product quality but the logistics

Hi Sladan! We are so sorry for the issues you've had with the delivery. Please kindly note that our company unfortunately has no control over the courier including where they leave packages and how they conduct their deliveries. Standard shipping usually doesn't require a signature and in most cases the courier has no idea of how much the contents inside cost. I do apologize about the inconvenience of that. It does look like you've filed a claim with Route and that one of our team members has reached out as well through email. I hope Route covers your shipment and feel free to reach out to our team at anytime if anything goes wrong with your shipments in the future. We are always here to help!

Hi Gabriel! We are sorry to hear you haven't received your watch yet. It looks like one of our team memebers has been assisting you with your package that's in still at Hungary's customs. The delivery unfortunately can't be completed until they can get in touch with you per the notification on Magyar Posta! We hope you are able to get in touch with them and receive your Leadfoot!

the way a question is handeled does not sit well with me. i wanted to know what the status was of my order,and all i got was mails for making a claim. i don't wan to make a claim,i just want my watch,that seems to be stuck at customs in la airport!!

Hello! It looks like one of our team members reached out and replied to your email regarding your order! If you are unable to see it, please make sure to check your spam folder. Making a claim with Route is always recommended if you notice that your tracking hasn't updated, as it is the best way to get a replacement (or refund) if your order happens to get lost while in transit! If you file outside of their deadlines, they will deny it. I've filed a claim on your behalf. Please also note that most international shipments are taking a minimum of 28-45 days to arrive, sometimes more if there are delays. We appreciate your understanding.
