Been waiting almost a week for a delivery. Everyday they’ve given a 2 hour time slot which I’ve waited in for and they’ve not once attempted to deliver. There was still 28 stops before my delivery today after the allocated time slot and they haven’t shown up. Now it’s saying ‘we have it’. With no delivery info again. Worst delivery company.

The delivery driver drove directly onto our front garden damaging the grass and almost colliding with the front of our house. This is even more concerning when you realise we live in a row of houses that is off the road and the driver drove up a pedestrian pathway to get there??!!

The worst "delivery" service in the UK. Criminal, Scam organisation. After getting a notification that my delivery would be arriving on the 7th, I made sure I was home and waiting during the two-hour delivery window (17:47 - 19:47). Nothing arrived. after checking the tracking info it turns out the driver failed to find my address at 2pm!!! It's now the 12th. Nothing has been delivered. As you can see from the screenshots, the same lies and useless tracking info as everyone else has been put through. However, Yodel was able to send me the tracking link for someone else. So, if your tracking number is JD0002232549579345, I'd get in touch with them pronto as I have full access to your delivery now. They managed to go from total incompetence to criminal incompetence. Zero stars.

Would absolutely not recommend Yodel to anyone! Mirrored experience of others, waiting days (having to arrange each time for someone to be there for collection) constant excuses delays and messages not able to respond to! Sent around in circles trying to resolve it - changed address for delivery, confirmed by them but still not delivered!! Then they sent a picture saying been delivered - not my parcel and not the address!

The driver just lost my parcel. want to make an complain to the customer care. they have no clue what so ever. So unprofessional... I do not know how they run the business.. Tracking number: 87RKJ5432946A034

Awful. Please avoid, and also avoid InPost who use Yodel as a carrier. I'm convinced Yodel is a scam company. 1 star is too complimentary. Parcels get lost immediately or perpetually delayed with no updates and no tracking (Yodel tracking is so bad it isn't even as precise/delayed as Parcel2Go or InPost tracking - for the same parcel!)

Absolutely shocking. Zero support, drivers refusing to deliver parcels as the road I live on is busy so they just skip delivering to my house. RIDICULOUS.

Driver couldn't be bothered to deliver! Tracked then to the next village and I was next, also the last for the day! Got to 9pm my tracking disappeared and a message to say, couldn't find my property please contact Yodel! Funny, they didn't come to my village, my house is so easy to find as only 12 houses on my street, ohh and I need to contact them, how when they close at 7pm on a Saturday and not open Sunday, don't deliver Sunday either, so I'm to wait till Monday now!! Useless and lazy unprofessional

I have been using Yodel for a while to deliver my parcels but their business is going down hill fast, drop off points are always out of order, Highbury news has been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for Yodel to fix it. Yodel are ruining the business of the shop and also my businesses, I will now delete Yodel as a delivery option and go back to Evri and Royalmail .

Shame there isn’t an option to leave no stars. Worst courier company, always grimace when I see a company use them to deliver as never a good experience. On this occasion they have lost my parcel, but spent days lying to me that it was at the depot, and was out for delivery. Staff are either completely incompetent, as the parcel is not small so I imagine hard to lose, or it has been stolen by a courier. No offer of help from Yodel to rectify this, despite an email admitting they have lost it. Am having to try to get a refund from the company who sent the parcel, despite this not being their fault. Interesting how many other reviews say similar. Clearly issues with this company. AVOID IF YOU CAN

Yodel did not send me a code to retrieve the item that I have paid for ,they will not give me my property in the shop without this code ,you cannot speak to a human being at yodel ,in the future I will not buy anything, from a seller who uses yodel as their delivery company.

Once again, Yodel driver left a package in a 'safe' place --- on my doorstep in full view of the 'porch pirates' How lazy & incompetent are these idiots? Are they following the company's policies? Who knows. DON'T USE THEM!!!

received email stating there was issues completing delivery, could not speak to anyone and had to use web chat, stated they attempted delivery yesterday but this is a lie as I was in and checked the video doorbell at the time they stated delivery attempt was made .. asked when it will be delivered and told today before 9pm but cannot tell me when and to just keep checking the tracker which just tells me 'we have it' and to contact web chat again tomorrow if it is not delivered .. then the agent disconnected the chat with no warning or resolution

Notified they had my parcel. Waited in for 2 days & parcel still not arrived, then driver pretended they had tried to deliver when they hadn't. Now on day 3, so fingers crossed.

I'm so disappointed with this company I ordered a cake card for a Birthday gift from a company who use this courier. It should have been delivered on Monday but then was changed to Tuesday 5th November, it showed it was due out for delivery, but I heard nothing, so checked later in the day. It said there was a delay and then they needed more info!! No idea what! And no option to ask. Then it was updated to say would be delivered today 6th. I even contacted the chat option to make sure and they assured me it would be received today Then later in the day it again said a delay and then it had gone back to the depot! I was pretty fed up and rang the call centre which I eventually found. They could only tell me it will be delivered tomorrow. I'm not at all convinced and as it is cake, It's not going to be fresh any longer. So a total waste of money. Having read the poor reviews, it seems I'm in the majority of disappointed people.

Yodel are absolutely useless. They say delivery attempted. I was in all day so where they made the attempt god knows. Next day they gave a 2 hour slot. Nothing and again I waited all day. Today " out for delivery". It must be still out there. This is a parcel I needed for my holiday. No chance of that. The sooner this company cease trading the better. Just please let me have my parcel first.

Absolutely ridiculous Company . Twice I have waited for a package to be delivered to Guernsey with this Company and the last delivery stated it was about to be delivered tomorrow and then suddenly with no notice for the second time it states “Return to Sender”. They use an excuse that the address supplied is incorrect, by the sender ,which again is not correct and when EVRI have delivered with the same Company there has never been an issue . I will never use Yodel ever and I would advise anyone to use them especially if you live in the Channel Islands .

My parcels was meant to delivered on friday the 1st of November then I got told it would be the 2nd they even gave me a delivery window now it's Monday the 4th anniversary been let down again they was meant to be delivered today between 16.16and18.16 and now I've been told to wait till 9 pm tonight yet again absolutely disgusting.

Yodel are absolutely useless. I got a notification that my parcel was out for delivery yesterday 3/11/24 between 12.07 and 14.07 pm. I tracked the parcel on the Yodel map but even though the map showed my parcel was approximately half a mile away it never arrived. I contacted Yodel customer services only to be told they don't deliver on a Sunday. Yodel appear to be totally incompetent and utterly useless. From now on, any vendor that uses Yodel will be boycotted.
