I ordered flowers and yodel said they delivered to a safe place the front porch I dont have a front porch and now the driver has said he went back and redelivered them so far from the truth Areana flowers refunded Next day another delivery I was home all day driver said no one home card left Most useless delivery company ever

This is the worst company I have ever come across. They are a lying thieving company. I have had endless issues with them from not delivery my packages when they should, to drivers lying about delivering packages and claiming either they have or “I have not been in” when they tried. If you have a choice of who delivers your packages when purchasing, always avoid Yodel.

Shocked to find my parcel is shown as delivered, and signed for in another county. I’ve not been anywhere due to being in Tier 4, so clearly, my parcel has been stolen by Yodel. How is this acceptable?

Said they tried to deliver a parcel Christmas eve and never bothered turning up. Take some pride in you're work or at least don't lie.

Had email to say parcel delivered and handed to resident (me). Obviously it wasn't. They did at least open an investigation when I contacted them only to be told a day later that the driver was traced to near my address. If he was down my street then clearly he/she struggled with the very difficult concept of matching the house number on the package with the number's on each house. I am not prepared to knock on every neighbour's door for their mistake. Fortunately eBay refunded me for money the product.

Terrible service !!! 3 weeks and my parcel still not delivered!!! Shocking customer service. Incompetent staff at call centre! Not interested in helping. Just tell lies. Been waiting over 1 week for a phone call from a manager!!!

Deliveries have gone missing, and yet drivers mark them as delivered. Total nonsense, Yodel. Filing a complaint is just a waste of time, and nothing is being done about it. How much longer are they going to be allowed to trade? And why are they allowed to get away with it???

Waited in 4 different times for delivery . Failed each time with different excuse !! Difficult to contact & did not resolve problem . Would never use their service again. Avoid at all costs . Constantly lie & still have not received parcel

How are Yodel still in business??? Not really one to complain much. But this one got Tom me quite a bit. I ordered an Xbox series x for very which arrived at yodel’s Northampton depot Friday 18th December. Around 8:30am. It sat their for 4 days. During these 4 days of hell, I spent going back and fourth with their very unhelpful webchat team. Speaking to the 3/4 times a day each as unhelpful as the next. Might I add why does it take everyone of your webchat ‘employees’ 5 or so minutes to spew out such generic responses?? I’d literally give my shipping address. Wait 3 minutes. Just to be told... “thank you for confirming your shipping address. I’ll look into this for you. It’s ridiculous. This whole company is about as useful as a Nokia phone case. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. Not that it’s help anyways but I guess it’s better than the same robot monotonous replies the webchat give. I was told that their had been some sort of priority put on my parcel so the depot could update them. Something of the sort. My case was put under an ‘investigation’. I get an email back saying, a driver had been interviewed and that the outcome was that my parcel “WILL” be redelivered “today” (Monday 21st). Firstly, I had no update on any driver, as my parcel had never been out for delivery. Secondly, it can’t be “redelivered” if it was never delivered once already. Or no delivery had been attempted. Lies from top to bottom. Anyway, Tuesday 22nd December I was out out of my misery. The cherry on the cake. 8:19am my parcel was finally loaded onto a van in Northampton. Literally at 8:20 it’s loaded off. They’ve only gone and damaged my parcel that I’ve been trying to wrestle from them for the better part of a week. Now its getting sent back to Very for a refund. As the Xbox series x is nearly impossible to buy. Thanks Yodel

Arranged a collection with Very for a bulky item. Was told I could track the item with yodel. Two days in a row the message said a collection had been attempted even though I was waiting in for them and no one had knocked the door. The live chat people tell blatant lies and fob you off and although they speak English they don’t seem to understand what you’re saying. The last one I spoke to cut me off mid way through a conversation. Shocking from customer service department! In the end the kind man in my local newsagents let me drop it off there. Hopefully it makes it back safely. I understand they are busy but why say you’ll collect something when you can’t. Just give a date when you can pick it up then people’s expectations are managed. As others have said I will avoid ordering from companies who use yodel in future.

Being a delivery service they have drivers that cannot read, understand or deliver to a correct address and a customer service department that could never understand or possibly resolve a complaint, an absolute embarrassment to delivery companies everywhere, I will never use their services or purchase from a company that uses their services

Delivery man knocks on door. I ask him to stand back and to please put my parcel on the door mat. He threw it past me into my house and it bounced off the floor. When I complained he asked aggressively "What's your problem ?" and stormed off. Wonderful advert for Yodel. Please don't use them if at all possible.

No parcel and rung them 100 times! Kept saying what it was loudly so my daughter heard what it was so ruined her Xmas surprise. Chased for the parcel which should have been signed for but have no pod for it just says tracker puts him on my street so now I have no money no present absolutely destroyed my child’s Xmas thank Yodel! Stay away from them at all costs!

Excellent service from Yodel,3 day delivery time to Cornwall...amazing at this busy time of year.....Royal Mail took 3 weeks to deliver to the same address ! The tracking was very good & informative....would use again in the future

If you would like to actually get your parcel, this is not the company to use. If you buy something that is to be delivered by them, I hate to tell you but you aren't going to get it. What you will get is terrible customer service. Nice to see they are consistent in this area.

Thief delivery driver. Took to store, scanned it in then took back to his van. Thankfully there was two witnesses and CCTV so hopefully the scumbag gets caught. However this was an Xmas present and now won't be here on time.
