absolute joke of a company, I have a parcel which i paid next day delivery for , BECAUSE IT WAS URGENT! they jsyt aren’t interested when it’s not delivered ,lie to save their own necks. Told me my address was incorrect then gave me the actual correct address as on the parcel , so it was correct. incompetent company

This is not the first time but intend not letting this go so why, WHY, is EVERY item bashed. Latest delivery, the driver fine,,but box has usual holes, rips , this is a gift so dread to see what happens when opened next month. Do the Yodel warehouse staff play football with the parcels ? Can Yodel not pay a supervisor to oversee staff ? The only company that delivers battered goods, in future when buy I will NEVER buy if company using this disgrace of a company. And the one star was for the hard working driver who has to put up with working for a cowboy outfit, this company will be in the news, a certainty.

My parcel said was delivered but item didn't arrive, then a few days later someone came to my door with the parcel where the box was half ripped open (enough for your hand to reach in) and some of my items were taken from the box. I assume the drive opened the box then delievered it to my neighbours house or something

My parcel as been at the yodel depot for 5 days now and I have been on this robot chat for 4 days now trying to sort it out and none of them have sorted it it is still there now and I’m not getting any where with them very bad company they just don’t care about your stuff it’s not the first time I have had trouble with theses I will never use again I would avoid this company at all cost no help from them at all not happy at all

What a joke, I can't be in to accept delivery, the 'local' hub is over 30 miles away & they won't allow me to select a local store! Timberland needs to use another courier or they'll lose my business!

Appalling service yet again. Took day off work and waited in main reception in my residential building for the 2 hour window they provided. Got app message saying "sorry we missed you" I was absolutely livid, more so when told driver couldn't locate- I live on a main road in an urban area! No other explanation given, the web chat is worse than useless. I've requested another delivery, but expect the same scenario, frankly, then what?? This has happened several times previously so speak from bitter experience. I would never have bought this expensive item had I known Yodel was the courier.

They gave me a time slot between 12:30pm & 2:30pm and still not arrived worst customer service ever won’t recommend them

The worst delivery service ever. The first time, My item was not delivered to me. I contacted them, it was from one story to the other. The second time, the delivery was delayed for no just reason and I needed to travel with the parcel. This service keeps breaking my heart. I dislike their service 😡😡😡😡

Delivered neighbours parcel instead of mine,then put mine down as delivered,contacted Yodel they said they would investigate,and to give it 24 hrs,contacted again after 24 hrs they said they would elevate the investigation.Next day email from Yodel to say they couldn’t resolve and to contact retailer.This isn’t a one off,done now with any firm using Yodel!!

Do not use my item was left on doorstep from 7-20 in the morning they could have taken it around the back of house but choose not to . They admit it was not left in secure place but are not willing to do anything about it they care more about the reviews than customer service

My parcel was scanned and put through a letterbox witn a photo of a doorstep 3 miles from my address, i never received my medication, pill time had to send more, weeks later and my medication was again delivered to the wrong address despite being correctly addressed with fortunately the person whose address it eas delivered to brought them to me

I would have given this a no star if it was applicable They said sat nav was not working so never delivered parcels asked for a redelivery for Saturday and never came waited in all day Can never speak to anyone properly its either through live chat or an automated computer with no further updates

Very poor service. I have a regular delivery once a month and the delivery instructions say to ring the bell and make sure that they hand over package to a person as my doorstep goes directly onto a footpath. So any parcels left are an easy target to be stolen. I have even advised that if there is no answer to leave in the back garden shed. ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE IGNORED !!! They knock then rush off to their van and have no interest in what happens next. I would never recommend them. The drivers are not interested in customer satisfaction. Unfortunately the company I purchase from uses them so I have no control. DON'T USE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

LAZY Delivery drivers who cant read the instructions or Telephone number on the delivery note. Failed to Deliver means i cant be bothered !! Their Online chat in India is a TOTAL waste of time. Trying to speak to a human customer service is impossible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

No delivery, delivered to wrong address, can't keep to time specified, poor or none existant customer service, the list goes on. Shall we have a national protest. If we order on line, check the courier. If possible move to another supplier that doesn't use yodel. Then tell the original intended supplier they have lost a sale because they use yodel. After six months you will find their service has dramatically improved.

YODEL and "reliable" should never be used in the same sentence! The mere fact that they don't accept customer telephone calls says it all... What they are very good at is cutting-and-pasting a set of standardised fob-you-off excuses on their online chat. Watch out for: • the van has broken down • the driver cannot find your address • attempted delivery failed • sorry, running late, will be delivered by 9pm* (*when even this useless chat service closes at 8pm) • need more delivery location information • your driver had a heart attack and died, but will be with you shortly ...and if you believe any of that, then you're a fool. Always request DHL, DPD or Royal Mail delivery, else cancel your order.

Worst experience ever. They got the box with an office chair (imagine the size) from the seller and lost it in one of their depots. Live support couldn't contact the depot for days and the package was still lost. Support was all indian and used identical copy-paste messages. They even asked me about the contents of my package. What if it was something sensitive? No, they don't care. So after 5 days of not being able to find the huge box they told me that they failed to "locate it". Meaning, they lost it in the depot. I have no idea how mentally challenged you should be to lose the box with a size of a range rover. Never ever ever use this pathetic company, they will lose you package, never make up for it and will irritate you with lowest level support. Yodel deserves minus 5 rate, not one star.
