Worst courier ever, deliveries take twice as long and that’s if you get them! Someone should close this company

I’ve never had a problem with any of my Yodel deliveries. I’m emailed with tracking and can update to a safe location. Every time I do this my parcels tucked away. I don’t think people realise that how hard delivering parcels can be especially if addresses aren’t clear and easy to find.

3-5 days delivery they said. 7 days today and waited in all day. Have been watching tracking and it said on the van. Driver rang my bell but missed me and left calling card. What a load of rubbish. No one rang my bell, no letterbox to leave calling card and I live in a block of flats 50 in fact, he could have rang anyone of those to ask them to take delivery. Coming back tomorrow now. So worried after reading these other reviews. Spoke to customer service, he's definitely been they said GPS outside your building. Is there anything else we can do for you today????????? Good job I'm a lady....

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE! I live on the second floor in a big house. I don’t know even know what happened. I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered. None rang the bell or called my phone to inform me that they were outside. I went outside, nothing was there. I told them not leave it at the door because I live on a main road where anyone could just take it. I emailed them, they are not going to take any responsibilities, they blamed the retailer!! I don’t even know if someone actually came to my house to bring the parcel as I did not hear anyone, my neighbours did not see any delivery guy.. so no parcel, no refund!! Very disappointing! Disgusting behaviour!

Worst delivery company by a country mile. Apparently parcel delivered but was not, and we were in at the time. ‘Investigation’ ongoing 2 days later however they are unable to speak to drivers as they do not carry company phones. Their proposed solution is that I contact the supplier. Hopefully they will go out of business

Sent a laptop to Amazon Scotland to arrive by 19th Feb 2023- not arrived! Sent a laptop, worth £799, booked with Parcel2Go, from Bolton to Amazon (Scotland) with Yodel. Parcel arrived 16/01/2023 into Perth depot. It has not moved from there. It is now Tuesday 31st January 2023! Parcel2Go says it is in transit since 16/01/2023. I will be incurring interest charges from my bank soon. I am totally disgusted with Yodel. I want a full refund of the laptop cost, delivery cost and surcharge cost paid to cover loss for £800. It is now the 4th Feb 2023 and I am still waiting! It is now the 8th Feb 2023 and I am still waiting! The return to Amazon cut-off time is 08/02/2023

Wish should stop using Yodel as my last 2 items was not delivered to my address They're the worse company in the UK. Wish will lose business as I for one, will no longer purchasing from wish till they change couriers.

My parcel was not delivered and when I reported this to the seller, Yodel responsed simply claiming that it was delivered on time. This despite the house being occupied all day. A very unsatisfactory reply.

Having not received any form of email, notification or any form of contact to inform me my parcel was going to be or had been delivered. I checked the tracking number to discover is had been handed to the recipient (me) 2 days prior. I was not even in the county at this time. As I did not know when it was going to be delivered, I was also unable to make alternative arrangements such as having the parcel left at a neighbours. Having contacted yodel to ask where my package was I got very little response, simply stating that it was handed to me (not even in the county). When I arrived back home 4 days after the delivery date, I found the package abandoned at my front door, completely wet through and ruined from the rain. I asked my neighbours and none of them had received the parcel. The driver not only did not hand the parcel to me, they did not hand it to anyone but thought it was appropriate to throw a large mattress outside a door, with no form of notification that is had been left there. I understand mistakes happen so thought I would contact yodel to ask about getting compensation for the ruined and totally unusable mattress that cost me over £100, but the customer service has been outrageous and I have never experienced such a group of unhelpful people. I am only able to speak to people over live chat, all of whom keep telling me to contact the seller. I have done this and they have said that as they sent the parcel on time and in good condition that it is not their problem. Which I completely understandable. Like I said, I have never had such trouble speaking to an actual human being and dealt with such rude unhelpful people. I will now have to spend another £100 plus to replace the ruined mattress and dispose of the ruined one. I hope this message gets me somewhere, but at the very least warns people of this company. Do not recommend using them.

Don’t know where to start with this complaint. How there isn’t a zero option as that’s what I would give. Driver claims delivered parcel at my neighbour as I wasn’t in. I was in all day working from home so driver didn’t even knock. When I got text to say it was delivered to neighbour 34, I knew the driver lying as no number 34 on my road. Taken forever amount calls and text and still not got my parcel or explanation or anything. How is this allowed? Isn’t theft illegal? That’s how I feel like yodel have stolen from me.

Awful delivery company. I received an email confirming my parcel had been delivered. But I never received it. With great difficulty, I contacted them. They said they have a photograph at my doorstep. However, I lost my vacuum cleaner. I cannot imagine why companies entertain this awful service.

How do you loose a parcel ? Why bother tracking when no one tracks the tracking ? Don’t you notice when a parcel is ( IN TRANSIT FOR 10 DAYS?) my item has been on earth for 52 years then Yodel get it and now it’s gone !! I can get a parcel from New York in 5 days and over Christmas!! A joke incompetent company !!
