One star is too much! Never had a positive experience with yodel. Would avoid at all costs! It is such a shame that you can decide who your parcel is delivered with! I never received my parcel. My delivery driver didn’t answer his phone, the depot that were supposed to ring me never did & they never tried to deliver my item. Absolutely disgusting!

No delivery, online it says driver handed to customer. We have CCTV showing front of property, no sign of a driver for 1hr either side of the time they say t was delivered.

Had my parcel.for.over ten days now , cant even get it to.me., and then they want me to.donthere job and go and collect 20 miles away , worst people ever they have one job tondo and ca t even do it ... bunch on nonces .

Parcel is 'missing' driver claims he gave it to a man between 30 and 40 but not myself...asked all neighbours..no one has it, so god knows who he gave it too...they seem not care and just give parcels to anyone but the persons it is...disgusting courier service and this happened to me last year with yodel...avoid this courier service like the plague!

I ordered flowers from M&S to be delivered to my mother for Easter. I received a text saying they had been delivered and checked with my mum, no flowers! checked with Yodel who said they had been delivered to another address but they would sort out on Tuesday so 4 days later which is not ideal when it's a fresh flower delivery! On Wednesday after still no flowers I was sent a photo of flowers delivered to a doorstep I do not recognise, certainly not my mums. (see photo)Yodel saying it's not their fault as they have two addresses; mine (billing address) and my mum's (delivery address) neither of these addresses have had flowers delivered. Very, very poor service, you must do better Yodel!

Same as everyone else, the driver scans as 'attempted delivery' when they never, just so they can maintain their delivery metrics. I have cctv and no one came at any point in the day plus I spent most of the day on the front garden. The main problem comes when you try to contact them. Phone - automatic voice call which is just horrible and very stressful and I never got through to anyone, cut me off. Chat - It's an Indian in another country, say no more. As an e-commerce manager for a major brand myself, I can assure you we have and never will use Yodel, it's well known within my industry to stay away from them. Unfortunately, companies are all attracted to the cheap prices of shipping goods through them. It's sad in this day and age with the technology, we are actually going backwards in quality, not fowards.

Really bad service, every part of it, it’s sad that in 2021 company’s are run like this failed deliveries failed collections unhelpful customer services how is this comii pop any even in business

The parcel was claimed "lost" . High value items appear "lost". I lost £185. Yodel have very poor customer service and they do not compensate the full price. I would never use them again. They are dishonest!

Claimed I was not home 4 times, then could not find me, directions given, not had problem with any other company deliveries, several phone calls, eventually arrived 4 days after stated delivery

They obviously didn’t try to make the delivery when they seen it was a small block of flats with entry system Anybody will open the door for delivery and then just leave it outside the door but the item is small enough to get through the letter box. Was given a number to text or call and no reply Waste of time

Ignored instructions dumped parcel with neighbours card left in garden under bush cannot contact them they are always busy. Charge you a fortune if you contact them

Given to arrival dates on one caceled one they said the weather is against.them when all the country was under sunshine,then next date sat in all day then tracking said it has been.delivered, nobody delivered anything, now.no help from yodel, in strogly.advise not to use these fraudsters in order to sort this out.I will have to report to police for fraud by.deception whish it is.

Joke of a system. Claimed that I wasn’t home for first attempt even though I didn’t leave the flat all day. Second attempt - the website tracker said “out for delivery” all day, all night, into the next morning so I had to enquire. Called the driver, they hung up on me. Online tracker then suddenly says “delivered” the day BEFORE - complete nonsense - I had to go out of the building looking for it and it was left on the steps with no attempt to bring my bell or knock.

Absolutely useless. App says parcel will be with me by 9pm. Driver has 173 drops to make in a day. It's now 10pm. Why lie? Zero rating.

Absolutely shocking. Expected delivery was on 31st March on next day delivery, still waiting, no ETA, no one can tell me anything. Driver 'claims' couldn't find address, Vax customer services was in agreement with me that it is a very easy property to find!! Did the driver attempt delivery, incredibly doubtful. No chance of contacting Yodel via phone. Webchat is just people who do not have a clue! Advised the company from which I purchased my item from to seriously think about the parcel company they use. Personally I would not recommend this parcel company. I have had to cancel my original order and reorder it for Saturday making my delivery 4 days late, no parcel> let's see if they can manage a delivery to a house address

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but nobody showed up, then I rang them and arranged for the delivery on Wednesday, also giving them my number in case they couldn't find my address, still didn't turn up, contacted them Wednesday evening and they assure me it would be delivered on the Thursday and then this morning (Thursday) I have checked the tracking and it says its on the way back to the supplier. I rang Yodel and asked them what was going on and they said they dont know and that I was to contact the supplier. I have now cancelled my order and will look elsewhere. Very very bad service.

After a catalogue of poor deliveries, some to houses as far as 1.5 miles away (same road name) i had to post a review. latest issue is a folding table from Amazon seller. 1st arrived with massive tear up the box. opened to find a large scrape up the table and the corner of the table completely smashed. seller took return and sent out a new one. new one just arrived with the box taped up where it had obviously come apart. opened to find a massive crack in the table and when you open it the legs on one side have had screws completely torn out. this is a folded table with legs on inside when folded (as it was in box) and they have managed to bust the inside of it in transit. I cannot imagine the effort you wold need to go to to do this damage. it has to have been dropped from a significant height to cause that shock. yodel are the absoulte worst delivery company in history.
