Yodel are the worst delivery company. They gave me a two hour delivery slot and told me my parcel needed to be handed to me in person and that it couldn’t be left in a safe place then they delivered my parcel early and left it by the side of the house in full view of the road without leaving a delivery card so I had no idea where it was. To make matters worse they then emailed me saying it had been delivered during the 2 hour delivery slot and had been handed to me even though I had been in and they had not! It was only because a neighbour had seen them earlier when I had taken the dog out for a walk that I knew they had actually been. Why lie about the time and why say they had handed it to me when they hadn’t. Their customer services are a joke as it’s an automated service telling you that your parcel has been delivered, you can’t actually speak to anyone. Dreadful company, I don’t know why anyone uses them. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with them.

Yodel is a used as a delivery partner for another company that I order from. The delivery from Yodel has been shocking. No package arrived at my apartment and I received no communication regarding this, in fact, I have received no communication from Yodel for the failed delivery. I happened to notice a note on the delivery tracking which stated that they required more information about my address. I have contacted Yodel 5 times regarding the address. When they asked me if it was the correct address, I said no and provided the correct one. Only after the 5th attempt was it changed. At this point, they told me it was my responsibility to collect said parcel from the depot, unfair to say the least as I provided them with every possible piece of information (address, other landmarks, what to look for, a contact number). Now, I am being told that it will be delivered today (a week late), but when query what to do if it doesn’t arrive, as it hasn’t before and contacting the Live Chat has not helped, the Customer Service Representative said I “should not worry” as the “attempt delivery” will happen “soon”, and then ended the chat. Disgusting customer service, and definitely the least helpful customer service team I have ever had to correspond with.

Parcel received from Debenhams today ,the driver was shocking threw my parcel from the van! Then pulled it along the ground,I then stopped him and my 84 year poorly husband had to get a sheet from the garage and pull it into garage on the sheet! This is a man who had a cardiac arrest last March!I I couldn’t help as I have severe back problems,you need to tell your drivers to have some respect for customers there was no hello ,just downright rude attitude,

Yodel failed deliver parcel even though someone in the house every single day and left a note on post box. I don’t think they even tried to deliver it. It was my son’s birthday present.

I cannot fault the drivers but the customer service team are dreadful - I have two addresses in my account but when labels are being printed they are mixing up the postcodes - some drivers have struggled to find me which delays them whilst they search for where my address actually is. Just had a long live chat and when it was obvious the operator was unable to edit the postcode in their system, he just cut me off the chat.

The absolute worst company ever. They failed to deliver the parcel 6 days in a row and their customer service is completely useless. Baffling how they’re still in business.

I was supposed to receive a parcel from shein and yodel still hasn't delivered it.According to their tracking system it was delivered on the 13th January it wasn't because I was in all day.The next time it was supposed to be delivered 14th January driver enrolled and address query. 15th January in transit,I waited in again it never arrived. Then it said 27th January out for delivery it never showed up because I was in all day then it said delivered but it wasn't and I have tried ringing yodel several times but only get an answering machine. I've tried emailing them but no response. I'm really upset and mad about my order because it was for my granddaughter.

Package not delivered, despite assurances that it was "with the driver and out for delivery". Tracking showed driver in same location for 12 hours, so either it's inaccurate, or driver couldn't be bothered to make deliveries and simply stayed at home. Absolutely zero updates from yodel. Unable to meet basic service requirement. 0 stars. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ANY DEGREE OF CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

It’s been 4 days now and Yodel hasn’t delivered my package. My address is there and they keep saying they don’t know how to get me. Okay, deliver to the closest store which I selected, still nothing till now. How are they this unprofessional? I’m just tired

Received my parcel today from LTS. Again the Yodel Delivery Driver put parcel over our gate onto drive. Luckily I was in otherwise my parcel could have been stolen. Not acceptable. The driver told me he had no ID to enter our drive. I have never heard this before. Not very happy.

Well, were do I start: I wish Yodel would just close it's door to stop companies from using them, what a terrible company to having dealings with. - Driver arrived at my address on the 27th to deliver a parcel, knocked at the door and left with the parcel, without trying to deliver to a neighbour. - I decided to leave the delivery to the following day, went to the app and changed and selected to deliver to a neighbour option. - Driver arrived on the 28th, left the van, took a picture of my door and left. - On the 29th I decided that I was going to leave a note at the door requesting for it to be left with a neighbour. I wasn't sure if the driver could see my request on the app so I left a note saying ' Please leave with neighbour as requested on the 27th January through the app, thank you'. - Driver arrived on the 29th, read the note still knocked on my door, then instead of dropping the parcel with the neighbour called the depot and had a tantrum, saying that I left a S* note (not true) and that he did not had time to f* about. So the driver drove 3 times to my address, spend 10 minutes parked outside my house talking to the depot about the fact I left a note, but he could not deliver the parcel to the neighbour. Sent an email to Yodel asking to return the package to the seller and cancelled the order, as I refuse to deal with this type of people. If they do not want to deliver to a neighbour, then Yodel should not offer this option on their website.

There is nobody to talk to and Webchat is useless in my opinion when knowing where a parcel is when undelivered totally hopeless when things go wrong lucky to still be in business in my opinion.

Driver pulled up outside the house, spent a few minutes searching the van, then drove away having not found the parcel. The website tracking was updated to say delivery attempted and to webchat. Webchat said driver could not find the property. I explained what actually hsppened. They ignored this and could not tell me where my package is. Now I have to wait until they eventually admit to having lost it before I can get a replacement from the seller. I asked on the webchat to open a complaint. They told me to go to the website to do it. The website states to open a webchat. Terrible customer service

Shocking delivery company ! They are literally the worst company ever, I thought Hermes/evri were bad but these are just a joke. On 3 separate occasions I’ve paid for next day delivery and when the sender uses yodel, the tracking says it’s arrived at hub/ local depot and after 4/5 days still nothing and then after an email or use live chat, all you get is it will be with you soon. Avoid this company at all costs because their logistics are horrendous!!

I am disgusted by the service ridiculous lazy unprofessional people. I have been waiting from the 22nd when they said they will delivered up until today. The 28 still hasn't been delivered and you cannot get help from anyone. It's ridiculous. I wish I could give. 0 stars.

Pathetic this is third time they have done the same thing never ever send my parcel to my parcel in fact they cancel it and put on customers, never ever I got delivery by this yodel, every time I tried giving parcel shop delivery, store delivery, home address delivery to everywhere they failed to deliver and sent parcel back, disgusting, third class company
