How can this happen, a thoroughly bad experience and it proves what is being reported in the press that insurance companies are just out to rip its customers off just like the energy and fuel companies. “I cancelled my auto renew on their portal.
Then I received a letter saying they had renewed my car insurance, even though I had a policy through another lender, so they're now charging me £49.99 to cancel a policy I didn't want and had already cancelled. Not to mention the took money out of my account with authorisation causing me to nearly miss my mortgage payment.
Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, it's OK, until it isn't then they don't want to know.
No email address or telephone number, just a 'chat bot' that's got a certain number of pre-proscibed questions/answer algorithms. THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU, but they'll take your money.”
