“On 30/05/24 I bought car insurance from Yoga to commence on 28/06/24, however, I then realised that I did not need it, so cancelled it. This cancellation was made even before the policy had started, yet they still charged me $49.99 for the cancellation, even though it was within the cooling off period. I think this is ridiculously excessive. I would not purchase insurance of any kind from them again because of this.”

“It was super easy and an excellent price. However, I would have given 5 stars but for the final payment. Unfortunately, when I paid online through google pay(Wallet) I received a message telling me that payment had failed and reprocess. Did this and went through Ok.
However, luckily I checked my bank account the following day and found that the transfer had gone through twice. So i had to go to time and trouble of ringing around (Yoga doesn't do phone) and get my bank to cancel one of the payments.
ALSO DISAPPOINTING WAS THAT i RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR 366.68 ON 15.05.2024 BUT WAS CHARGED £407.11 WHEN I ORDERED THROUGH THAT QUOTE.
NOT VERY IMPRESSED. (INCIDENTALLY JUST WENT IN TO THE QUOTE AND STILL HASN'T CHANGED).
I cant contact you about this because of the no phone policy, and was able to get nowhere through the support system.
Looking at the reviews this seems to be a common problem, of poor support and misselling a product at a higher price than quoted.”

“i took out my car insurance on sunday afternoon but my previous supplier auto renewed on the monday morning. there isnt anyway of contacting (Talking) to a person at yoga unless you are making a claim, i called that number and it state they will ONLY deal with claims ! so for less than 24 hours cover they took £50 admin fee for doing nothing ! pretty disgusting in my opinion/......Live chat was inactive and the option to select 'taken insurance in error' which would have iven a full refund didnt work on the 4 occasions I tried it !!!”

Very poor communication, not able to speak to anyone directly, links in emails not working and live chat facility slow to answer then they accuse you of not paying and refer you to debt collection and charge extra. Won’t be going with them again 😡”

“Difficult to navigate website. No contact numbers for telephone queries. No contact number for car breakdown cover included with policy. No facility for obtaining hard copy of documents. Unclear if auto renewal is incorporated in policy.

“No detail showing on my account to reject renewal. Had to use Live Chat which is frustrating. Still not sure I have outcome I wanted but will have to wait and see when I check my bank account to see what payments are claimed. I can’t even see the present policy that is due to expire on 10/05/24! The new policy from 11/05/24 is the only detail showing. Agent also informed me I have two separate logins for every policy - now very confused.”
