“THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH. I needed to amend my policy at renewal and tried to log on without success and tried registering as instructed numerous times and it just didn’t work. With only a couple of weeks until renewal, I took out a policy elsewhere. I checked I had completed payments up to renewal then cancelled my direct debit. I then had emails from Yoga telling me my direct debit had defaulted and then that my policy was cancelled. I didn’t actually cancel it, I just didn’t renew. Then yesterday I got another email congratulating me on taking out a new policy! It also said my first payment (without any upfront payment) would be sometime in July, no mention of a June payment. Yoga have some serious problems with their software and a lot of very unhappy customers - look at the Trustpilot reviews! If you are going to be an ‘internet only’ company - the most important thing is that the software actually works!”

Trying to make contact with Yoga is a nightmare. Their chat takes forever to speak to and you get cut off without reason or removed from queue because you don't keep the system open even though you're waiting for 20 mins. Took 2 hrs to "chat" with someone and have to type the query then during chat I accidentally pressed a button next to a return key which cut me off. Didn't bother to try again. Yoga didn't bother to return my call. Never actually got to speak to someone. Frustrating. Unprofessional and really rubbish contact system. Please resolve by using proper IT as one used seems really cheap and appalling.”
