“My policy was due for renwal at midnight last night, I replied to your renewal reminder email that I do not wish to renew my policy with you & I have made other arrangements with a real Insurance company where I can phone & speak to a real person. The AA.
Earlier today I received an email from you Yoga containing my new insurance documents for a policy that I did not request. Without my permission you stole £450 from my bank account which you had no right to as I had already told you a few weeks ago that I had no intention of renewing my policy with you. Live chat???? a machine not a person that is not programmed to deal with this. Which meant that I had to cancel the policy & learnt that I'm being charged almost £50 to cancel, something that I clearly stated that I do not want. I've contacted my bank & The Intelligence Fraud Bureau, Insurance Fraud who will be contacting you & have assured me that you will be made repay the cancelation fee that I've been charged.
This is related to cancelled policy number YGPC0124924. I think that you are a bunch of thieves”
“Pleased with the process, but I too found the price jumped £30 after accepting the quote from a comparison site - but still much cheaper than the others by a long way, thank you. I DO prefer a User Name that's easy to remember (e.g. email address) rather than your name and a number”
“I noticed after I’d paid my money and then read the documents that were sent through to me (as instructed). I was shocked to see that if I had a pet in my car then I would be excluded from anyone coming coming out to rescue me. When I queried this I was basically told that I should have read the documents before I paid my money!! Your employee Abbie was not at all helpful and I ended up asking her to send me an email saying someone would come out although she said there could be delays as the mechanic may have allergies and so they may have to send someone else. I told her I’m a 62 year old female and would be concerned for my safety if there were delays especially if I was to break down on a motorway and mechanics refused to come out. A really bad experience and I won’t be recommending you to anyone and certainly won’t be renewing with you next year. Where is your compassion!!!!!”
“Last Insurance company quote came in for this year.Renewal was over £100 pound dearer than it was last year. So I checked the comparison sites and came across Yoga their quote was the same as I had paid last year same type of cover no brainer. NO LOYALTY THESE DAYS BY STICKING TO THE SAME PROVIDER. SHAME”
“I've given this 3 stars because I'm not entirely happy.
Firstly, I found your quotation through the Go-compare website: the price listed in the GC ‘quote’ was £170.88 but by the time I purchased the policy (without adding anything further) the price became £192.25.
Wheterh this is a fault with the system or something deliberate, it makes price comparison meaningless and is therefore not acceptable.
Secondly, the policy includes 'breakdown cover' and initially, when you look, the policy says that ‘recovery’ is included. But when you look at the ‘exclusions’, it says it is limited to 10 miles from the ‘intended point of recovery’ (an undefined term) any anything further is charged at £3 per mile. There is also a £20 call out charge.
The upshot appears to be that, if you breakdown 10 miles from, it will cost you £20 to be returned home but if you breakdown 190 miles from home it will cost you £560 to be returned home! If I have misunderstood that, perhaps you can do your best to clarify that in your policy. If I have understood correctly, perhaps you can explain how you believe that you can call that 'breakdown insurance'.”
“On line very easy to register. My car is an old model the show room value is equal to the ins premium .So when the last company doubled my premium I shopped around and Yoga saved me£170.and my old tub is fully comp.Happy Bunny. R B.”
