“Competitive prices but I knocked a star off as you physically can’t speak to a human being at this company, only via online chat. Bit frustrating. Not sure whether I’ll stay with them next year. It depends how much they increase the price versus not speaking to a member of staff on the phone. I see they state below the option of speaking to someone on the phone but this isn’t possible”
“A very good and helpful service with the live chat however the price went up for no reason between the comparison and the Yoga site. when asked this was due to the driving licence check which is ridiculous given the details held at DVLA will show all drivers have never had any endorsements or contact with DVLA in any respect (plus this was already entered at the comparison stage) suggesting that this is a standard go to answer when challenged. I was told I didn't have to pay the increased price! The computer system also changed the start date by a day for some reason however this was easily fixed through live chat. Seems a good product but be ready for the price to rise by 10-15% when coming from a comparison site.”
