“Website frustrating to cancel renewal. Tried to charge me £60 as you renewed when I asked you not to. The charge was because I cancelled wothing 24 hours under the 14 day rule . I wonder how many ex customers you con to make a cancellation and they pay up not realising they have 14 days at no charge.
No phone numbers . You just make it too damn hard to cancel.... no doubt on purpose. Reported you to financial ombudsman to try and stop your con.”
“I bought a car insurance policy at about 10.30 in the evening . When it had gone
through I printed the schedule and it was then that I noticed an error. I went on
line the next morning to try to change it and was asked questions I couldn't answer
so tried the chat, I got the bot who couldn't help but failed to get an Agent !! After
an hour of getting no where I gave up and cancelled . The policy isn't due to start
until 6 June but they are still deducting £49.99 from my payment. Whatever happened to the 14 days to change your mind!!”
“Sheianna of Yoga was helpful and concise. All good. I was frustrated that there is no phone number to call and no Manage Renew button on my account page as the Yoga Bot suggested. And it is annoying that Live Chat is only available between 9am - 2pm which makes it tricky for people in jobs were they cannot use their smart phones, but despite all this, I do recommend Yoga Insure, very competitive prices and the Live Chat really works and is not too much of a wait.”
