“Great first quote so told my other insurance company if they can’t lower their original quote I’d be leaving them. They couldn’t lower it so I joined you. The original saving was £170 but by the time I renewed it was only £70 ! With all the hassle and trying to understand your 30 million emails etc it wasn’t worth it tbh. Wish I’d not left the other company :( there we go I’ve saved £5 a month :( :(”

“Reasonable priced renewal. However website horrendous to use and you cannot do half the things they say you can on there, and really frustrating you cannot talk to someone over the phone, it is just a live chat once you get past the useless bot thing.”

Trying to make contact with Yoga is a nightmare. Their chat takes forever to speak to and you get cut off without reason or removed from queue because you don't keep the system open even though you're waiting for 20 mins. Took 2 hrs to "chat" with someone and have to type the query then during chat I accidentally pressed a button next to a return key which cut me off. Didn't bother to try again. Yoga didn't bother to return my call. Never actually got to speak to someone. Frustrating. Unprofessional and really rubbish contact system. Please resolve by using proper IT as one used seems really cheap and appalling.”
“Your company would be massively better if you would provide a phone number so customers didn’t have to be frustrated trying to speak to someone & you need to get the portal problem on I phones fixed & also send car policy through the post”
“Pricing is fine, customer service appalling. They emailed my wife’s renewal through, it clearly says it will auto-renew. We checked other prices and decided we were happy to stay with Yoga. This morning, the day after the renewal date, an email arrived saying the policy has lapsed and she is no longer covered! Online chat was useless, and there’s no email or phone number. Will now go elsewhere.”
“I just wanted to update the value of my car, but to do that I ended up paying for the insurance 3 weeks early. There was no method to delay the payment.”

“Price in comparison website misleading.quoted 500 and something but actually closer to 700 once add ons specified on comparison site as included were added onto policy.
