“was pleased with the initial quote but by the time unexpected extras like admin fee etc were added on plus pressure to add extras that I simply did not want or need the price crept up and it was nearer to what my last insurer had quoted anyway so I partly wished I hadn't changed. didn't save the money I was expecting. it took AGES to fill in masses of details and the payment was also an absolute trial. it FINALLY went through after nearly half an hour of trying thank goodness. time will tell .... hope all will be well in the end!”
“Very competetive insurance company. Easy to deal with and renew. Lower price than the previous year, not one of these companies that increase payments year on year. Well done Yoga.”
“We had a policy that was set to NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. We did not receive any correspondence from Yoga regarding a renewal policy until THE DAY BEFORE THE POLICY END DATE. Having logged on to Yoga online to cancel the renewal policy we were unable to cancel due to it being too close to the renewal date. This has resulted in us having to pay an additional £50 to cancel a policy that should never have been renewed automatically. Very poor customer service. No one available to explain or help. We are expecting a full refund on receipt of this feedback. Dreadful Customer service.”
“Yoga have helped along the way , no fuss when upgrading my annual mileage. Renewal smooth and uncomplicated. Yes it's gone up in price but what hasn't. I hope I never have to make a claim but so far feal assured that they will handle things efficiently.”
“Wasn't impressed when the price increased when I had to go through the rather unintuitive rigmarole to change my credit card details. 8ncreased by more than 30 pounds....???? Not impressed.”
“What ever you do don't try and cancel your policy. I cancelled mine when it came time renew. Cancelled my direct debit with my bank in branch, only for Yoda to reactivate my direct debit and started to take monies again from my bank account without my permission.
After about two weeks of finally cancelling my direct debits and stopping them from doing it again, Yoda then took money from a different
bank account that I used to pay the deposit, using my card details again all of this with none of my permission or authorisation.
Another of returns to the banks but I think I've now got them barred from my accounts.
Certainly would not recommend them due to this experience, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.”
