“Not heard anything from yoga insurance for over a year now still owed 400 excess waiting for ever was hit while car was parked .how. hard is it to sort out . Co op insurance company gives better service. Will not be using yoga again as they don't seem bothered”
“I was not aware that the policy would be automatically renewed at the end of the year. I think you should send a reminder a few days before the year-end. As a result it has cost me £49.99 to cancel on day 2 of the new year (I was out of touch on day 1).
I am very unhappy about this and will not consider Yoga in future years, unless you send reminders and return the £49.99.

“Very poor, customer service. No one from the "Live chat" responds and you're unable to speak to someone by phone (because it's web based) and basically, you can not speak to anyone. It's a ridiculous situation, if they offer Live chat, but no one is contacting me. Very frustrated and would not recommend.”
“Charged and paid an astronomical amount for vehicle insurance. Wasn’t asked about no claims bonus so tried to contact for over 2 hours to enquire about this. Told I would have to pay extra or could cancel for £49! WTH! Any other company has a cooling off period in which you can cancel and not be charged. The way I was spoken to over the live chat was appalling and I now have absolutely no trust in this scam of a company. I will be taking this further!”
“I got a quote and paid it the next day my money was sent back to me so when I redone payment the quote had gone up £20.
But saying that the quote was a lot cheaper than my renewal off my old company”

“My details input for quote with named driver - policy taken up and paid for. Then discovered my named driver not on policy paperwork - why? The answer was - we don't set up policies with a named driver not living at your address - so we will decline your new policy and refund your payment ( only made a few hours prior to the conversation ) but take £49.99 for the privilege. Don't go near this company!”
