“Insurance was easy to set up but I need to get in touch to make a simple change (not on their list of changes) but it's impossible to speak to someone. I can't get past the chatbot. Very frustrated!”
“Should have an option to not have automatic renewal before you pay. Went on the portal to try and turn off and couldn't find the option too. Went on live chat to sort out and it was a bot. That was no help. Had to e mail and wait. Wasting alot of my time”

Was then given an answer which I'd already said was the reason for me getting in touch! Question was answered eventually though.”

“Have car insurance with yoga and got an email advertising their home insurance. Clicked the link, bought the insurance thinking it would be handy to have it along side the car insurance. Contacted customer services because it wasn’t showing and was advised I’d need to register it using different email and it couldn’t be linked to my existing account. Long story short, I now have two separate accounts which is a real inconvenience. Not happy.”
“Not too impressed to be honest, lack of phone number to speak to a person is annoying, and when I had trouble paying for my policy the agent was very unhelpful and kept telling me to contact my bank, even when I explained several times that it was your systems fault.”
“I don't like that there's no contact telephone number, when buying car insurance you need to be certain on every aspect and to talk through the policy details, it's definitely required. There isn't a phone line because It's all about the company saving money, the money you get from us the paying customers. Give the customers what we need we're paying your wages remember and keeping the company alive. Without us there wouldn't be a business. Also not happy with how low the personal injury amounts are, just standard and can't upgrade terrible. On a good note, Imogen on the online chat had good customer service, I had a few questions which she helped answer for me. The price was the best I found. Please get a customer service phone line.”
“When paying my car insurance it states that if you need a paper copy then contact us. No contact number, so I go on live chat (which was a waste of time) just kept saying I do not understand the question. So I contacted One Call (Brokers) still no help. Now I have sent an online email through the portal requesting a paper copy. If I receive this I will up my stars in my review. I cannot answer tge other questions asked as my issue has not been resolved.”
“Not the easiest company to deal with. They are a broker really. I ended up either car insurance through them via a comparison company. Someone drove into the back of me and their insurance took care of everything as the lady admitted full responsibility. Yoga suggested an injury claim as I’d been injured. I had physio and although the third party said they would cover my personal injury claim also, yoga (one insurance actually) said I couldn’t stop my claim. Fast forward to renewal and I get offered worse insurance cheaper, I asked for a better deal. The ‘claim’ is on record, as ‘closed’ fault of third party etc, I have NCD protection etc and once I agree to renewal yoga recind the offer and send a new offer which is more expensive. Since this has happened all quotes from elsewhere are now higher than they were. I find it annoying that I can been penalised for an accident that wasn’t my fault, that has been covered (cost and admin wise) by other parties rather than yoga (or one insurance) and yet I’m paying more after accepting a cheaper renewal earlier in the week.”
“i felt a little conned to be honest as all bozes where ticked i was happy with the price then the extras came along. the free breakdown wasnt worth it for free so had to buy the medium package, the legal cover wasnt no good for free so had to buy the medium package and so on. the starting price to get my business was a false number at the beginning.”
