!!!DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS AGENT!!! They fix you in to a contract which they do not uphold, missing viewings, don't return calls/emails, no feedback, not returning keys, appalling customer service, and then insist you still pay the £2k fee! I am having to go through the Property Ombudsman now as Yopa's complaints procedure is an absolute joke!

Once you agree to the fee they will not put any effort in selling your house. People that used to come to view my house were telling me that they were trying to get in touch with Yopa for weeks to arrange a viewing. Yopa couldn't sell the house for months. Once I changed agent it was sold in 10 days under the same interest rate conditions.

I was pondering writing a review but the more I've thought about it, believe it needs a mention. I made an offer on a property, was called by a female at Yopa saying there were three offers and asked whether mine was final to which I replied yes. At that she said it had been accepted 😦. I'm sumising if I had said no and offered more, then that would have been accepted after a short interlude..questionable ethics🤔

Sadly 0 stars isn’t an option! The estate agent I had must be the laziest, biggest ‘storyteller’ of all time! Absolutely useless, rarely called, took three viewings and expected £1299 for her laziness! When I complained she made up another 9 viewings that were all ‘cancelled’! Yopas ‘investigator’ looked in to the matter in all of a few hours and informed me nothing untoward was done! I’m going to the ombudsman because I’m fuming about such a bunch of scammers especially Connie Fisher! Do Not hire these lying bandits!

Unprofessional and rude viewing agent called Andrew Godwin. I've had far better experiences with other estate agents who seem friendly and are happy to answer questions which he did not did.

Had premium package, pictures were dreadful! I even had to send my own pics! Did not hear from agent after going live, despite her saying she will be there every step of the way! Had only one viewing and property been on the market for months due to absolutely terrible pics with no room measurements. Disgusted by this service, will not recommend to anyone

Few weeks ago, our hedge funds lost about $700,000 to a Binary option Company. We send a mail to [contactzattechyrecovery @ Gmail com] on digiconomist Blog. In no time, they did an amazing job recouping almost 85% of our funds. We appreciate working with your team. Thanks!

Just cost me £2779.00 NOT TO SELL MY HOUSE. My house was put on the internet web sites and that’s it. Not impressed, easy money for YOPA

Yopa lincoln,my review would have been a good 1 if it wasn't for the fact that they pushed Gilson Grey on to me & I didn't realise that if I wanted to use my own solicitors it would have been another £200 to use yopa,I wish I h paid the £200 now, look atbthe reviews of Gilson Grey, don't take my word for it,I tried to contact Mat regarding this with emails & phone calls & didn't even get a reply,I don't think this is the 1st time as like I say,he never even replied,my opinion would be to just use someone else, they can be any worse

Yopa is a scam, this company is not interested in selling your house they are only interested in making you sign up for the fee and then they don’t turn up for viewings, don’t follow up and respond to queries. I managed to get an offer for my property after 3 months on the market but the buyer pulled out because both Yopa and their recommended solicitor did not respond to queries and dragged the transaction for more than 6 months. Frustrated with them, I said I no longer want to sell with them and since then they have just being chasing me for the fees. They then handed it over to debt collection agents who have been chasing me for months but I complained to the TPO - who have also gone quiet. Please avoid them, this company has also lost a lot of business like purplebricks because of the poor service they provide.

Totally reactive not proactive marketing . Foolishly I signed up for the pay regardless contract. So after very few viewings, ,1 poor , non sustainable offer and no activity in months I now pay out Over £1500 for very little. In a third of the time , the local estate agents had 3 times the viewings and the property is due to complete at the end of the month . On hindsight, that wonderful gift we all wish we had. I wouldn't touch Yopa with a bargepole. I lodged a formal complaint with them and was right royally fobbed off as expected. Yopa have made their money and they just don't care. Everyone should read these comments before signing that worth nothing contract . I wish I had ( 1 star because I couldn't give them any less )

TLDR: Beware - this is a completely passive process. Yopa does not maintain their own database of buyers, so there are no newsletters or pro-active engagements to potential buyers. Yopa relies solely on inbound leads from the main portals, so there is no outbound selling, at all. We had high hopes on appointing Yopa as our sole agent, having been reassured by the local agent that our property was well priced, and that there was demand for similar homes in the area. However, after 4 weeks on the market, we had yet to receive a single viewing request. When we queried this, we were offered a reshuffle of the photos on the advert. This remained the most innovative action offered by Yopa during our entire 10 month engagement. We only ever achieved 5 viewings, with 3 buyers, and 0 offers across a 6 month period. During this period we reduced our price and completed home renovations to try and entice buyers, but Yopa was unable to offer any additional support. Despite this total failure to sell our property, Yopa's T&Cs mean we are still paying the full fees. Even considering their costs (photography, portal advertising, viewings), this feels like a con where sellers are set up to be stung.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company charges you even if they don’t sell your house!!! After a relative dies I listed their property with Yopa…. Yopa overpriced the property to get me to sign promising it would sell quickly!!! They did not return calls to potential customers and the service was terrible…. After a year of no offers I decided to remove the property from the market and they tried to CON me out of money to cancel the so called contract!!!! What a terrible company!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give -5 stars I would. We were buying a house that was being sold through Yopas estate agent Neil Challinor in Tewksbury. To put it politely, he does the bare minimum and even that is lazy. Right at the start of the process they make you pay £85 to sign into their portal, which does absolutely nothing and if you try to communicate with someone on there it will go nowhere. We’re 5 months on from signing up to the portal and still to this day have no had replies to our messages on there. We tried to avoid contact with yopa and all costs and ended up contacting the sellers directly, which I honestly believe saved the sale for us. After multiple lies and excuses from Neil, we decided that if this house was to be ours, we had to do it ourselves. Neil refused to arrange a plumber to come and service the boiler and ended up asking the sellers to arrange. Luckily for us they were very understanding people and helped us with every ask. This should have been what Neil was paying them for!! The day we exchanged keys was the most anticlimactic day and sadly did not go the way you imagine it. When keys had been released Neil didn’t have time ti come and exchange and was no where to be seen. Instead the sellers had to arrange to leave us keys in a lock box and grant us access to the garden!! We are now 3 weeks into being in our new house and Neil STILL HAS OUR KEYS!! And Neil, if you read this, pop the keys in the letterbox please, or I will take it further. Thank you

Yopa Slough, Scammers avoid them, and the chain collapses because of them. Almost £7000 was lost because of them. Unprofessional way of dealing with things. Dishonest agents and always not available, and the chain collapses because of them. They don't answer emails or calls, and agents disappear without informing us. The worst experience. They are cheap because they don't do the job at all. Avoid them avoid them

Appalling experience as a prospective buyer. Never answer phone calls, WhatsApps or emails. Only interested in up-selling other services. Never available to view the property or to get tradesmen in. AVOID

This is a Genuine review about our experience with Yopa estate agent. No sale no fee is a lie! Yopa Demanding payment from us when our house has not yet sold, and the payment is £1,000 more then what we agreed to, we would have never agreed to sign up with Yopa if we had been told this from the beginning. We are still in complaints with Yopa, but nothing has been resolved. Also a viewer complained to us that the Yopa agent made it difficult to book a viewing and they had to wait 2 weeks when we were absolutely free and available to show them our property. The viewer said they would never go with Yopa to sell their house with the experience they had to view ours. No surprise as to why our house has only had 3 viewings and still unsold. As a seller I would never recommend Yopa
