Terrible service. This company simply does not have the capacity to deliver on the orders, and money, it readily takes during this pandemic. Over three weeks with nothing but automated replies. Avoid.

Ordered dahlia,arrived in poor condition, many black leaves,soaking,no signs of any growth. Planted with quality compost ,all perished.Sent an e mail,no reply,tried phoning 18th in queue!!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered on 7th April. Part of my order arrived 15th May and everything was OK. The first part of the order was sent the week before and still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. The parcel tracking says Yodel can't deliver due to the condition of the parcel. I have phoned You Garden twice, been hanging on ages, now see it is a premium number! I have had no reply to the 2 e-mails I sent. I am a pensioner in self-isolation and I really looked forward to being able to do some planting in lockdown. This company advertises via special offers in the Daily Mail. The paper needs to know they are accepting adverts from a complete con-merchant.

Please, please, please avoid this company at all costs and save yourself some time and stress. I placed my order on the 5th of April for several fairly straightforward items. In short, I haven’t received a thing. Throughout this whole process I have tried contacted customer service several times via email and phone. The phone line is a premium number, so to date I have already spent £15 in call charges, and I have received little in the way of response to my emails. Therefore I have now handed over to PayPal to seek a refund. I have been completely sympathetic to the current environment, however this is simply unacceptable. This Company leaves a poor taste in a time when they should be reassuring their customer base that they are trustworthy and honest. However they are still taking orders And taking money, when they can’t complete the existing backlog. Sorry You Garden, big fail!

As with almost all other reviews feel I have been conned.Order placed on 10th of April, money taken on same day and here on 16th of May... Nothing and not one bit of communication from them. How are they still taking orders?

weedy thin spindly bleached out plants .... boxed badly so some stems were severed... late and shocking quality

We have ordered quite a few plants now, I wish I had found YouGarden before, as I have had a bad experience with online plants and You Garden are far more superior excellent packing. Choice is excellent and will use no other now. Thank you

Awful. no customer service. Feel duped into spending money during CV19 when I think they knew they would not be able to fulfill my order. I have requested a refund 3 times by email with no response. Telephone is left unanswered. My next step will be trading standards. I am soooo disappointed. Thought we were doing the right thing to support small companies during lockdown. How wrong.

Six weeks after order placed and confirmed, only two items delivered out of nine despite telephone promises from them about imminent delivery. More recently, telephone not answered despite numerous recorded messages giving an alleged countdown (eg “15 seconds” delay repeated every few minutes during the last ten minutes of a 20 minute call). Email not answered. Is this just incompetence or a sign of impending collapse? AVOID

Tried to contact on more than 1 occasion both by email and phone, this has been ongoing since April, plants arrived dead, roses packed in a box then placed on top of very small stunted Begonias, I salvaged 5 plants out of 20 !!!, my 2nd order which was placed on the same day 1 April 2020 hasn't even been despatched as of 14/5/20 ????????, I feel MUGGED !!, this experience has most definitely put an end to me ever ordering anything plant wise off the internet from anywhere again, this has done the online gardens no favours (for me anyway) if I could give 0 stars I would. Communication is non-existent, I spent over £68 for 5 Begonias and 2 Roses, all the rest where dead !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Never Again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plants ordered 10/4 money taken from my account, when I try emailing customer service I get the same email every time which tells me nothing.I will not be using this company again if they reat everyone the same and they do seem to I really don't know how they stay in business I shall certainly warn all of our friends not to.

Avoid at all costs wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering kept on hold seemingly forever come on daily Express you have a duty to stop posting their ads

Not impressed. Order placed on the 12 April 2020 still not received on the 7 May 2020. Enquiry centre haven't a clue about what is going on and communications from the Company absolutely dire. Will never purchase from them or affiliated Companies in future.

They are spending a fortune advertising in national and local papers,Peter the “head gardener” must be worn out with all the photo shoots , same as dozens of others , money went a month ago but nothing landed yet

Ordered plants from you garden on the 11April. Monies taken out same day. Checked my account for updates on the 12th April. Said plants where waiting to be dispatched. It is now 5th May. After numerous phone calls and emails without an answer. I am leaving this in the hands of my bank to get my money back. The company is a joke. Customer service is in name only. Don’t be fooled by the website or advertisements. Check independent reviews. They all say the same.

Just awful . 30 days after paying not even dispatched. No replies to several emails . Think we all understand current situation but to still be taking orders despite not fulfilling previous ones or having the decency to reply is most unsatisfactory. Would never buy from or recommend again .

Like everyone else still waiting for my order one month on. Have used you garden before and was happy but no more. I’m sick of not being able to get through to them. As someone else has suggested going to try and get my money back through the bank. So disappointed
