Excellent service, had a minor problem with my new bike, and the problem was solved by the mechanic who was extremely helpful.

I have a T120 Bonneville and in December it lost power on one of the cylinders. The RAC took the bike to Youles and I cannot praise the staff at Youles enough. My first contact was Will in the Service Department and secondly Vanesa. They were very cooperative and went the extra mile as my bike was two months out warranty. They contacted Triumph on my behalf and persuaded them to pay for the repairs. So, top marks to Youles.

A disappointing customer experience. In early August I contacted Youles Blackburn to arrange an annual service. I was told they had a customer waiting area with comfy seating and free coffee and I could even take out a loan bike if I wanted. Three weeks later, two of us made the trip to Blackburn, about 30 miles away, as my friend has a Suzuki and was considering booking his bike in too. However, when we arrived, the coffee machine was out of order; they had not got any loan bikes available; and despite having had three weeks to prepare for the service I was left completely high and dry when they couldn’t complete the work because they didn’t have the correct washers for my oil filter. After almost two hours of waiting in the showroom, I was told that they had planned on using the old washers (from my 25 year old bike) and did not have any in stock. To make matters worse, I was told I would have to leave the bike there until at least Tuesday. (I contacted Youles on Tuesday morning. I was told the washers had not arrived and they would call me back, which they did not.) Leaving me to make the 30 mile journey back home, with no idea when the bike would be ready and no interest in how I was going to make the journey back to Blackburn to pick it up.

Just had a 6k service and MOT done on Street Triple....never again. The bike went in with 4442 miles on it, so it's in a very good condition, hardly a mark on it. It passed its MOT, no advisories. But came back to me in awful condition. When it went back as I refused the first delivery (Im now contemplating taking it to a decent dealer to have the job done right, first time).....I was told that the black rubber bungs (that were in perfect condition before Youles had a go at it) that cover the swing arm axel bolts were not changed unnecessarily/taken off or removed by anyone there in any way. I was told they were the original ones left on (these looked clearly past due and apparently this was caused by a corrosive detergent that they use to wash the bikes, their words "this has caused the corrosive apperance in the rubber". (corrisive detergent via a jet wash, near YOUR chain guide/O/X rings/chain, front sprocket which has a rubber spacers on both sides of it)..... really???? So I was told they'd WD40'd them to repair the corrosion caused (Why WD40 a rubber bung when they have, in their own words " we buckets full") ok if you corrode something or damage something.....for God sake replace it. They didn't and haven't. Corrisive detergent on a bike 🙈🙈🙈🙈 do not bring your pride and joy here. As it probably wont be taken care of. Even when asked this the response from them was "dont use my standards as a guage" No I wont, you are correct the standards here are seriously lacking. The bike was not washed, at all. It was filthy, water marked, debrisfrom. a few days of rain....totally unkept, been kept outside for a time. Not what they recieved just 4 days prior. Arrow end cap for exhaust was marked/scuffed, apparently they have scrubbed the marks off with their finger nail. On closer inspection, they've decided to use WD40 again here 💡💡. Again a bike that is being cared for, shouldn't have this treatment and botched up job done to it. A few other issues, on the whole and this is the bottom line if you care for your machine, dont bring it here as it wont be cared for. From reading a couple of other past reviews...they seem to want to make customers happy and strive for that. Sadly that hasn't happened here at all. The attitude of the response bar Tony the delivery driver was.....they really couldn't care less about your gear or your faith in their company. Would I buy a bike here again, possibly yes....would I have one serviced here-100 percent definately not!!!!! To note, Rob has called me today to apologise for work done or for lack of care taken to my machine. My bike was not taken care of whilst in their possession. I'm guessing he decided to do this after Tony got back to the shop. As he too didnt feel the service was concurrent with what is expected. A few pence off £460 spent and all I got back was a bike that didnt look as it did when it went in for an MOT and 6K service. A response from Youles will not be needed, an apology has already been given. However popping in for a coffee isn't a make up for very poor service given and £460 spent. I mean it's got the mans name above the door!!!! have a little pride in your work fellas. Happy biking, hope you get a better service than I did

Such a positive experience dealing with helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I traded my bike for a Speed Twin everything was smooth and effortless and a deal that made me more than happy. Whilst I was there I noticed some Triumph panniers for a Thruxton I was given a knockdown price and they fitted them there and then. Big Thank you especially to Joe and Dave for the excellent service and another satisfied customer.

Don’t believe the part exchange deal unless you bike is mint with new tyreS as they will rinse you 300 quid for a back tyre bit steep I thought

never actually got my machine to you as you wanted £80 just to look at it. I had a throttle issue on the Sprint GT, and i was going to simply hand the bike over and say fix it but £80 without even looking at it is crazy money. thanks, but i'll use another Triumph dealer to keep my machine with it's full Triumph service history

Had my 1st service on the New Street Twin, centre stand fitted and radiator expansion bottle checked for level. Luke did an excellent job on the service and stand and advised on which chain lube to use. Andy on reception was extremely helpful in explaining that the level of liquid would rise in the expansion bottle when the bike was upto temperature but he still checked the level to make sure all was OK. Really personal service and always feel valued as a customer and will definitely return for 12 months service.

Bought my 2018 Tiger 800 and 12 months later took it in for its annual service. Big oops ! I was only a day early, completely my fault by not paying attention when booking it in. Dealing with Will and Sam on the day who were actually apologising to me for the mix up which was obviously my own fault. I was told they would fit it in later that day but my response was that " i'll come back tomorrow". Just about to leave when Will shouted me back to say they would do it there and then. The service tech (Dug) pulled out all the stops to do the service although he was busy. The moral of this review is Youles always give 100% wether its a bike sale or a service. Got a problem, speak to the team they always try to resolve any issue that happens.

Dealt with Royce Williams buying a Honda CB1100. Excellent customer service, he called to see If everything was ok after the bike was delivered. When leaving messages for Royce to get back to me when he wasn’t around, the other team members I spoke to were polite and customer focussed. Thank you for a very easy buying experience. I would recommend this dealership.

The experience of buying a bike with Youles Motorcycles in Manchester was exceptional, I just purchased first bike for some years. Really helpful staff, James ensured all was in place and smooth process. The delivery was great! and good value! Quality bike at very good price with assurance from main Triumph dealer! I would definitely go back and recommend anyone looking for a bike gives them a call! Fantastic!

Now returned to Youles. The response by them to my negative review was a reflection of the professionalism and high standards of the owner and his staff. I was very impressed by the genuine concern expressed by them and handling of my concerns. This resulted in me deciding that Youles are in truth a justifiably first class rated Triumph dealer and anyone looking for a bike or with a problem with their bike should beat a path to their door. You will not be disappointed.
