Like other posters still awaiting for a promised refund ,company does not reply when contacted,God forbid there is a second Covid spike ,all you new bookers ill have no chance.Despicable behaviour

No Refund , Standard replies , update, update as of today Paid over £16,000 for trip 12 golfers on March 14th they avoided cancelling until a few days before we were to leave , we have had no refund no commitment to date of refund and when organising a trip for 12 golfers who have paid £1380 each they are causing me a lot of hassle ! I have booked many trip with parties of over 20 but will be rethinking from now on as they continue to break the law regarding the time a refund should be issued ! Update as if today 3/7 called several times ,no call backs as you would expect so really left with no option other than to issue proceedings against them ! Going to report them to Trading Standards , sent them 6h from Abta code of conduct Client Refunds 6H) Apply for and forward to clients any applicable refund without delay. I think we all may be on a loser here as no company can survive the feedbacks given in here and elsewhere ! Still let’s hope they see sense before Monday and legal proceedings, I will keep you all updated , I hold out little hope , unlike your golf travel I will keep you all updated as the poor to no service continues 12/7/20 Finally had token letter really saying nothing , very concerned now , still no refund , still no date , have sent email today requesting definite date or repayment of our £16500 , also requested copy of Atol certificate , Ty hey still send us adverts of trips seems like they are trading on our Money ! I wonder if anyone has actually had full refund in cash ? Will keep everyone informed of outcome nothing would please me more than to say all paid but as I said very concerned about this company UPDATE 14/7/20 Today had email saying our refund will be made on Aug 14th and possibly sooner , we shall see , will update you all again hopefully sooner than 14/8/20 still credit to them they have replied . UPDATE 25/07/29 No news , no news , no money !!! UPDATE 2/8/20 Still no Money / News told would be 14th at the latest and hopefully before ! UPDATE 8/8/20 No money ! No news we have been told we will be refunded in full by the 14th Aug if not sooner ! Does not look like sooner , 6 Days to go so now is the time for Your Golf Travel to keep their WORD !

Complete Scam. Kevin Walker was very attentive when it came to planning, but as soon as he received my deposit, nothing...GHOST. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will not be giving any business to this shady company ever again. I should have read the reviews before being so trusting. KARMA will get them, I have to believe that. What terrible people to do this kind of thing.

Avoid at all costs. Trip to Turkey cancelled because of Covid 19. Requested refund in March 20 but was fobbed of with a credit note but I insisted on a refund. They agreed to pay the refund in full but needed 12 weeks to arrange it. We understoid the pisition and agreed to the 12 week delay. They then, by email, gave a written promise to pay the refund on 4 August 20. Guess what it hasn't arrived on 5 August. Now received an email from an executive in the customer service department claiming they havent been refunded by the airline and hotel and requesting more time to pay the refund. Reluctantly we now have no other option but to take legal action. The very sad demise of a previously excellent company.

Shocking customer service, do not respond to email or phone calls, nearly 19 weeks have passed since requesting a refund and nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Update 12/7/30 Thank you for your email ! But you have still not answered and given us a date when we can expect our Refund ? I sent Charles an email on the 16th May confirming we would want a refund and was told this could take between 4-6 Weeks and one of his team will contact me within 48 hours to organise ! I contacted him again on the 19th May saying that nobody had been in contact yet so as we sit here now in-spite of the Law we have waited 8 weeks and still no date . Can you please email me a copy of our ATOL certificate Can you finally give us an exact date when our monies will be paid back to us . As you can imagine we are very nervous of this situation and our £16500 If you check your records I think you will agree up to now it has been outstanding far to long ! We paid you by all the dates requested ! This cannot go on open ended ! Your point saying you were waiting to be paid money back to you upon Speaking to Turkish Airlines they confirmed no booking ! As I say time to end this once and for all Mark Timms

NO REFUND YET, 8 of us were due to go away this Week and the holiday was cancelled several weeks ago. As it is a packaged holiday we were due a refund within 14 days. Still will not tell us when we might get a refund only that it could be months away.

Arrived at Casablanca airport in night of 12/12/19 to find eventually after much searching that YGT had forgotten to book the included hotel shuttle ; tired grumpy and poorer to the tune of €80 ! We will see how honourable they are in dealing with compensating me for their breach of contract and aggravation

Amazing from start to finish - fantastic advice given - every question and email answered - they made everything so easy and straight forward I can't recommend them highly enough - they delivered on everything - our travel consultant was Iain and was superb 100/100 recommendation from us.

Your Golf Travel clients. Please be aware if you are booking car hire through YGT in particular Gran Canaria please take a photo of your full fuel tank on return to the airport and make sure you keep your fuel receipt. Apart from the hire company charging your credit card the full amount of money even though the hire has been paid for in advance by YGT the hire company under pays your credit card by around £30.00 claiming that fuel had to be added to the vehical and a charge for dropping off at the airport. Watch for this as I think it's a scam and maybe YGT do not know this is happening to their clients. We received the money back but from YGT and not the hire company.

Everyone at your golf travel were exalent , everything they did from start to finish was top draw , but the location of the hotel was very poor St Paul was full of office blocks so plenty of places to eat but that was about it , we were aproched every night by beggars on our way for food bit upsetting real . And a 30-40 min drive to the Ryder cup was a bit much .

A group of 36 travelled early September which was recommend by ygt accomadation golf courses and service was of highest quality and reasonably priced food and beer in bar.only criticism was bar shut at 12 pm

I've been using Y.G.T for the last 6 years, and have never had one problem in that time, always good friendly people whenever you phone or e-mail, and long may it continue
