“Awful company. I'm just disgusted by their actions
These fools are Liars they take your money happily then wriggle out of any repairs stating small print!! Bunch of Thieves the first service was a scam the plumber was in my house for 4 mins nothing was done when I complained! the second was better so kept the insurance up ( apparently its not boiler insurance) and this year the service has never been offered! My boiler now has a fault but apparently the small print says I'm not covered so I've paid £360 over the last 3years for 1 decent service and £95 for a call out that you wouldn't honor the repair! what a bunch of crooks! You refuse to return my £95 so what the hell have i paid for! what's the point of paying for boiler and heating insurance that doesn't cover your boiler or heating! Absolute con artists!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST even the engineer that came out for them said they were dreadful and would do anything to get out if jobs! They are a complete waste of money I'm furious 😡🤬”
“Brought 6 rental properties over to Your Repair in January 2024. First email saying 2 properties due annual service and Gas Safety Certs 6th march, gas certs due 18th April. Heard nothing since, called 3 times 2nd andc4th April to be told a engineer will call me. No one as called. Very disappointing 😞”
“Appear to work with the pre conception to condem your boiler and then sell you an expensive finance offer for a replacement. Engineer that said he could not get parts for our boiler failed to seal the boiler correctlty so it continued to leak water after he had left.”
