My daughter ordered a bikini on the 5th March and I received an email on the 7th of March stating it had been dispatched. I called on Wed the 18th March and was told it would arrive by Friday the 20th. Then I called again on Saturday the 21st and was told there was a 24 hr - 48 hr delay. Called again today the 26th and was told again there is a 24 - 48 hrs delay. I said enough was enough, I want a refund and I was told I cannot claim a refund unless the item is sent back. How can I send the item back when I have not received it? Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Extremely long waits to receive one item that was never delivered. I am not getting a refund and I have been told that I gave the wrong address to start with, but they aren't giving me any evidence of it and I have my address saved on google so there is no way I would have given the wrong one. Awful customer service, not worth it.

I will never order from this site again. I ordered a few swimsuits in anticipation of an upcoming vacation and it took over a month to arrive. Upon receiving the items (which I sized up in based on other reviews), I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these items. On the site, suits look very cute but once I received them, there was no way any person would fit into them comfortably. Even one pieces barely fit due to the torso length being that of a toddlers. I requested a refund based on these issues and they refused to refund my order. Customer service is severely lacking.

My products took 14 weeks to arrive - by then it was too late. I then requested a refund and got told this was not possible

Complete scam. Almost all the items fit horribly. All were terrible materials and looked nothing like the photos. I attempted to get a refund but you have to submit a “ticket”. I did this and didn’t hear anything back. I’ve emailed multiple times and nothing. Complete waste of money

When I ordered my package , I didn’t even look at the estimated delivery date , I figured it couldn’t be too bad. A couple days later , I checked it out and it said in OCTOBER, that’s 7 months from now. So I requested a refund and canceled my order. Never got a email after that. I messaged their customer service today and they told me it had already been shipped to the closest UPS near me and they needed me to pick it up. I got no email about it waiting for me, nothing . They told me they never got the request for my refund and I had no other choice now and it was not in their hands. Also decided to tell me then that one of the bathing suits I ordered was out of stock? If I never messaged them , I would of never known. Very unprofessional.

I ordered my bikini in June 2019 and it still hasnt come. The last time I checked where it was, I saw that the package was in Auckland and seems now to be stuck there forever. My friend had ordered something from there too, and her package has not arrived either. Very frustrating!!!

My dress hasn’t come yet. It’s been about two months and the dress was supposed to come in two weeks. The coronavirus wasn’t really a problem when it was supposed to be here by. Now I don’t even know if I’ll be getting my dress at all. Probably not.

I would give it a 0 if possible. It took two weeks before my order was processed and another two weeks to ship. When it didn’t deliver I had to reach out several times and each person gave me a different answer. FINALLY they told me I would need to go pick the package up. At this time COVID-19 was prohibiting me from leaving my house. Then they told me if I couldn’t pick it up I wouldn’t get a refund.

I have the same issue as a lot of people below. I made an order and never received it. I contacted customer support more than a month ago and still nothing. I just asked for my money back, I hope I get a reply soon.

Material is cheap, same with manufacturing. Shipping takes a month or longer. My biggest issue is their customer service. It is hands down the worst costumer service I’ve received from any business. For example, I asked a representative for a return on an item (2 days after receiving the items in the mail), and all they responded with was roundabout emails that didn't allow me to return the items. Another example was when I received a coupon in the mail and tried applying it to my purchase. The worker proceeded to tell me that adding the coupon to my order “just simply couldn’t be done”. It was a waist of my time. When I asked to be transferred to the workers boss/superior (so that I could receive some actual help), they said that they couldn’t do that. Just outright bad business. Only clicked on 1 star because I had to click on one to submit it

I only gave them a one star because I had to click on a star to leave the review!! Trying to return something is HORRIBLE!! Items are not as they appear on the website. My son chose a few tops and I agreed to order them because they were so inexpensive. Took forever to arrive, items were not as pictured, when I tried to return I had to jump through hoops and kept getting the same auto reply asking me the same questions over and over. I returned an item right after Christmas and have not seen a refund yet! I will NEVER ORDER from this company again and I strongly discourage any one from ordering from them.

i’ve ordered three bikinis even before the corina was a thing. months ago, they even sent me an email were said they’ve already shipped my order. i’m still waiting and dont get why if they were already shipped why haven’t they come. i’ve país a lot of money hoping i can get them

I’ve ordered from Zaful many times and every time it came relatively fast. I placed an order February 8th, it was taking forever to come. I had read these reviews and kind of doubted the company although before I had nothing bad to say. I thought I would just wait it out, as some people tried to get their money back and could not, or had really poor service. My order finally arrived on March 13. With coronavirus going on, especially bad in China, I think we all need to be patient - although it is very frustrating. Many sites like this also do have very poor customer service, which is unfortunate but I think waiting it out is your best option.

Okay, I haven't ordered from Zaful yet, but I've been reading the reviews like "it took multiple months to ship." YOu may not have noticed, but the shipping for normal is 10-25 business days. That's Monday-Friday. 10-25 business days is 2-5 weeks. It's not going to come within a week or two. This is a company in China, where the Coronavirus is severe. You're not going to have your bikini in your possession probably for a while. The workers at Zaful are probably trying to stay safe and, you know, not die?

I troed to order something from Zaful, and i could’nt be more unsatisfied. I dont feel like i was heard, and there were many issues with my order, incluning: 1.i chose «order now, pay later» in which i did not get any kind of way to pay, on the website nor by mail, and the mail only said «order will be shipped when we recieve payment» which was impossible. 2. When i asked them about payment, they told me to wait for over a week because they had sold out an item i had ordered(??) so i said id wait. 3. When i came back the date they told me, I got told that another item i had ordered was not available. At this point i got very annoyed, it has now been a month since the order was placed. But i tried to be polite and nice and i said this was bad service, but i still asked if there was any way i could pay for and recieve the available items. 4. The response to this was «there were issues with your ordered so your order has been cancelled.» 5. When i now check the website, the items i ordered are all available, and they have been all the time. This either means that they never show when things are not in stock, and they would rather tell customers after they have ordered that they have to wait a long time (even when paid extra dor shipping» or option 2; they lied to me. I have ordered things from this website previously, and i were pleased, but i doubt i will ever do that again, even though i was very excited about what i had ordered and waited in glee at the start. I was trying to be understanding and nice the whole time, but i recieved no sign of understanding or helping abilities. The only thing i got from this, was when i first came to them, and they gave me a 10% discount. This would have been nice, but i used a 20% discound on the order if i remember correctly, wich is now lost. I said i was really doubting the worth of paying full price when i got told there were still problems after i waited. Im just really sad about this, i did have the best intentions.

This company should be ashamed. They are a fake and fraud and it’s horrible that they let people buy stuff and don’t actually ever ship it. My tracking never will not work. The customer service agent has no information nor will tell me where my package is even being shipped from. I will never order from Zaful ever again. I fully regret it and will let everyone I know not to order from this horrible company either. This is SO SAD that all these other people have had horrible experiences as well!!!

I ordered something from zaful a few months back happy with the clothing but they have gotten me into a lot of trouble recently and making me pay tax at the age of 16 which is seriously fucked up! I will not buy anything from there ever again and I advise everyone to not shop on there.

Its been 3 weeks since I placed my order. Every time I call they cut me off when I’m asking a question and hung up on me while Im speaking. Tracking number provided does not work. Says one more week till I receive my orders. This is crazy never ordering again. I’m sure the order will be wrong too or the quality will be bad.
