Placed an order a month ago , still hasn't been shipped out ... customer service keeps lieying that it is about to be a shipped out. Such a disappointment...

I’ve ordered from Zaful twice, and both times there was an issue. When I got a refund on the first order, it went into an E-Wallet, with money you can only use on the app, hence why I ordered again. Neither orders got past the processing point. Save yourself a headache and don’t order from them.

TERRIBLE! I wish I read these reviews before I ordered anything! I ordered some swimsuits February 7th and my order is STILL PROCESSING! Their FAQ says it’s should not take any longer than 10 business days, today is 10 days. I’m putting a ticket in but after reading these reviews I’m now aware I’m probably going to lose $65 to these frauds! Do not order from here!

Passed their quoted delivery time, now it is 21 business days later and I still don’t have it. I tried to get a refund and they keep telling me to wait for my item because it is back in stock now when it actually isn’t when you look on the website. I have sent in three complaints for my refund but they keep saying to wait longer, instead of giving me my refund. It’s ridiculous.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. My order has been processing for WEEKS, and every time I try to contact someone about it they say that it will “definitely be sent out within 3 business days.” What a joke. I wasted 30 dollars. What a huge disappointment.

ordered swimsuits on february 9th and it is now the 20th and still says processing. not very happy at all. dont recommend ordering from them.

As I scroll down I notice many people having the same issues. I placed an order nearly a month ago, assuming this would be plenty of time to receive my order in time for my upcoming vacation. However, it has yet to even ship-and when I requested express shipping to be covered by them for all the inconvenience and to ensure I receive the order on time. They refused, offered me the same thing as below 50 points on a $70+ order. I order from them all the time, quality and fit is perfect and they always deliver on time. During this outbreak, they have done nothing to ensure customer sanctification-very disappointing!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM! I have a trip booked for the 29th of February, so me thinking ahead a ordered a month in advanced. So I ordered on the first of February it is now the 19th and It still HAS NOT been shipped. I have contacted them multiple times and they tell me there is nothing they can do. They did however try to give me 50 zaful points which comes to 1$, yet I bought 70$ worth of bathing suits!!!! I am not one to write bad reviews but this is just not okay!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I'd ordered. Waiting on an order of three items since January 31st, still processing. The automated text message contact had told me I'm on some sort of VIP status and it'll be shipped out as soon as possible. I've done that twice now, still hasn't been shipped and it's February 19th, don't have any interest in fighting with someone over the phone but I feel it will come to that. I also have a cart full of clothes I'd like to order but don't want to waste money on something I feel like I won't be getting. It'll be summer before my jeans and sweaters I've already paid for get delivered... Like don't lie about shipping time of you can't commit to getting it there within 5-7 business days off when you say you will. Wish is more reliable than this.

If I could give zaful zero stars If I could give zaful zero stars, I would. My daughter wanted 2 sweaters from zaful. Ordered them because they were so cheap! I ordered them last year around 10/2019. I received 1 sweater. It was too small (there’s a vague size chart). I tried to return the item, they wouldn’t take it. The other sweater is somewhere in zaful warehouse (if it exists) limbo. I still haven’t received it. Why haven’t I contacted them? Because they are not worth my time for the price I paid for the sweaters. I just decided to take them as a loss. NEVER order anything from this company. I think the customer service people are robots.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed my order for 3 swimsuits over a month before my vacation and they did not arrive. The shipping was supposed to take 3-7 days and instead it has been over a month? I keep contacting support and get absolutely no guidance: one person said that they were out of stock, another said in stock but waiting for a courier, another said they were being more careful with out of country orders? People are just lying out of their asses. In the meantime, I want my money back but can't get it.

I planned a trip for the end of January so I placed two different orders at the start of December thinking that would give lots of time for shipping. I started to notice the tracking was going in a different direction and when I called Zaful they told me to contact Canada Post. After doing so Canada post told me my postal code was totally different. After contacting Zaful they told me this was my fault. The postal code was completely different. I could understand if one letter was off but it was completely different and on two orders, how does that even happen? After going back and forth asking for my money back Zaful told me I would have to pay 15$ per order to get it shipped out again. After fighting and getting hungup on by their customer service I gave in and said send both orders again without charging me. That was about a month ago and still nothing. After multiple messages and phone calls to post offices and the company still nothing. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am blown away and recommend that no one ever order from this company its not worth it!!

Absolutely horrible! I ordered two swimsuits (so not a large order with many variables) on the 25th of January. It has not been shipped yet, and it has been three weeks! The money is drawn from my account and due on my creditcard soon. I've contacted customer service several times, but i only get an automated message back telling me it's ready for shipping / dispatched. It says on their website that shipping is delayed, and that orders would ship on february the 10th, then it chenged to the 15th and now it says the 20th. It's all just a scam, do not waste or risk your money, not even for the cute bathing suits!

ZAFUL IS TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. Do not order from here if you’re expecting to get your orders in a timely manner. It ordered 4 Swimsuits on February 4th. They claim that it takes 3-7 business for processing then it will ship. Yet Low and Behold it is February 17th and it still says processing on my order. I’ve called 17 times in the last 3 days and have only spoken to someone 3 times of those 17 calls. They kept sending me to an automated message. The first time spoke to someone they said it will ship on the 15th. Well that didn’t happen. I called on the 16th and was told it was going to shop that day... well here it is.. the 17th of January and the operator told me that the date has been moved again and I should receive my order the 1st week of March. Yeah they plays all day long. I canceled the order and requested a refund. Then she had the nerve to ask me did I want it refunded to my Zaful account or to the original payment method. GIRRRLLL quit playing with me lol.

I’ve ordered a hoodie on 7th February, they said that processing the order will take no more that 7 days. And guess what, it still says processing. If I don’t recieve a confirmation about the dispatch, I’m gonna try requesting a refund. When I contacted the in-app customer service it sounded like a bot was replying. I have a feeling that I got scammed.

Every time I ordered from Zaful I had an issue. Whenever I need to return or exchange something it is the hardest most complicated process for no reason. I spoke with customer service on the phone today about this issue, since the online support team are not helping me what so ever online. They just copy and paste the same response and do not even try to work with you. The lady I spoke with on the phone HUNG UP ON ME while I was speaking with her because she got frustrated with me and was just as unhelpful. This is the WORST service I have ever seen from a company. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never buy from Zaful again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never order from here and waste their time and money. Additionally, the clothing is made very cheap and the sizes are never accurate. If I could leave no stars I would.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! I ordered some goods for my daughter back in December and have been trying to return them ever since. They are now completely ignoring me. I cannot find a number to call them. I am becoming increasingly frustrated just want to return the items and get a refund.
