DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Package shows out for delivery 2 months ago but was never delivered. Due to a typo with the zip code, package apparently was returned to Zaful over a month ago. Zaful has no customer service number, so you are forced to submit support tickets via email. I have submitted so many I have lost count in search of a resolution that is always responded with a vague “we will look into this and get back to you” which never happens. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. It’s very simple. Just refund the money or resend the items. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this.

Horrible! Would never recommend. Fact Highly recommend against ordering anything from here. You probably won't get it and be out the money. They have no concern for their customers. Their system apparently couldn't handle my address. It kept auto correcting my address to the wrong address. When I finally thought they took the correct address turns out it wasn't. My package was stuck at the carrier they said I need to contact the carrier service to update my address which I tried and the carrier said I had to do have the company who shipped it update it. So while my package sat at the carrier for a while I contacted them explained that I could not update my address with the carrier and they assured me would and I should get my package in about a week. Never received it checked with the tracking numbers and it states it was returned to sender. Now they are saying they will not resend Items or refund my money even though they are getting the items back. Ridiculous! Never have I dealt with such horrible customer service! You got the items back there is no reason not to refund me or resend them.

Absolutely disgusting. They skipped out a line in my delivery address and then claimed I gave them the wrong address. So I haven’t received my items; and they are refusing to refund me. The order was hugely expensive. The items were never delivered; but they claimed they were delivered to me- what a joke. They can’t seem to provide me with a signature or with the proof of delivery, so I don’t even know if they attempted to deliver the goods. Do not waste your time on this site! I will never ever shop there again!

Steer clear of Zaful. I ordered something for my daughter six weeks ago. They took my money right away, but we still haven't received the items. The link to tracking doesn't work, and you can't get anyone to answer their phone. I submitted a ticket, but still haven't heard from them. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Honestly girls, STEER AWAY. This company has so bad quality clothes. I heard about this brand on Instagram and thought their clothes looked cute, but upon arrival... Let’s just say that everything is of VERY poor quality. Everything screams “I am cheap”. The “white” lingerie I ordered looked almost like it had been used and was grey in colour. The string panties I got was weirdly sewn, so that the string was longer/stretched on one side (and thus unwearable). The jacket I got was of very thin and plasticy material. I can’t explain it, you just have to feel and see the material for yourself to know what I mean by that it looks cheap. I know this brand is cheap, but when the clothes are so badly sewn/ill fitting that you can’t even wear them... I mean, wow. What a waste of money. Zaful is fast fashion gone wrong. Everything I ordered off them felt like plastic and almost like they had been used already. I ordered two jumpers (sweaters), 4 sets of lingerie and a jacket.. Let’s just say most of it’s going in the bin. And the stuff that didn’t get thrown away right away, is probably gonna last MAX 6 months because of the poor quality. Sorry environment! Never shopping here again. Also - they sell your info to third parties. I’ve received SO much spam, scam and phishing emails since I shopped with them. So annoying. Steer away from Zaful.

Ordered a sweater and some socks at the start of December, its now the 10th of January and I've got nothing. The socks ain't arriving and they added the money back to their website. They fricking wish. When the sweater arrives I'm never buying from them again and so shouldn't you

I waited over two weeks for overalls I ordered and when they finally came they did not have holes cut through for the buttons and the clip broke before I could even clip the strap to the button. Would not recommend, very cheap quality and not exactly like the picture.

Any positive reviews about this website are completely an utterly fake their products are cheap and tacky made with a horrible quality plastic like material that when I ordered came with missing bits and damage, 1 item hasn't even arrived. and when trying to get a refund they're completely running me round the block (3 weeks now) offering to give me less than £50 back from a £100 order. Do not buy anything! A waste of money and a lot of hastle

Quality of lingerie wasnt bad, one item was a little big but the worst part is I ordered my items all at once, all were in stock and I'm just now receiving an email saying my items have been shipped after I sent them an email asking where my items were. I ordered my items December 8th and it is now January 8th.

Honestly, it’s what you’d expect for the price. My experience hasn’t been terrible, also hasn’t been great. I’ve gotten about 15 different items from them through the course of 3 or 4 orders and I’ve had mixed luck. Bathing suits tend to be really cute and of pretty decent material but run very small (especially the tops). Other clothing such as skirts and pants tends to be of pretty crappy material and fitting is hit or miss, but again, what you’d expect for 10 bucks. Occasionally you do get one thing that looks and fits great. Lingerie is really cute and really cheap...also really cheaply made. For the purposes of lingerie I don’t really mind if it’s not the most durable thing in the world, as I am not the type of person to drop $100 on something only one person will ever see me in, so I am pretty satisfied with these purchases. Customer service has been okay for me. Most orders shipped quickly. One time a single item in my order which was shipped separately didn’t make it and was returned to them, and customer service offered me either a partial refund or to resend it but I’d have to pay for full shipping again. This was irritating. Since it was probably their mistake the package didn’t make it I’d expect them to send it back to me for free or fully refund me. Also, communication was quite slow and it took over a week of back and forth of what seemed like a half-human-written half-automated messages to resolve the issue. But alas, once again, you get what you pay for. In summary, this is a solidly average company. If something really catches your eye, it’s worth a shot. It might just be made decently and fit you right. Or, worst case, it might never make it or be really crappy, in which case you’ll be out 20 bucks. P.s.: I do have a suspicion that they might alter reviews— I’ve definitely posted 3 or 4 star reviews and seen them pop up as 5. It might have just been a glitch... but that seems convenient. They also screen reviews for admin “approval” which I have a feeling might actually mean “filtering out all the 1 and 2 star reviews,” as these are suspiciously rare on the site. This annoys me and makes me a little reticent to continue supporting them. However, the community does post a lot of photo reviews which help you get an idea of what the real thing will look like. So if you do decide to get something, I recommend primarily referencing those.

Do not use this company. I suspect many of the positive reviews are false or just lucky customers. We ordered an item and Zaful did not provide DHL a complete address. They only put "Dallas Texas 75201" on the DHL shipping address. No name, no street (which were provided on the order). Zaful keeps saying it was my mistake and I need to find the package at the post office. They appear to use automated responses telling me it is my fault and no refund will be issued. Ugh. So frustrating. Do not recommend at all. They are Hong Kong based, so please don't believe you are dealing with a US based company or one that will stand by their service.

Zaful is honestly a pretty great company - especially when it comes to customer service. I have never had a problem exchanging anything. I always get the trendiest bathing suits from them! Would recommend!

The sweater I ordered looks similar to the picture but not exactly the same. Picture looked like a cute oversized sweater. What I got looks like something Steve Urcle would wear. Also ordered a size small leggings, and they look like they could fit my 2 year old better. On top of all that, they took forever to arrive. Won’t be wasting my money on these people ever again.

The worst online company I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. They sent the order using the wrong zip code, and when it was returned to them the “destroyed the package” and would not refund or re-send the order. Their “solution” was a 15% discount on future orders. The worst company I have ever dealt with, would strong recommend never ordering from them.

Items were not sized correctly and am trying to return them. VERY hard to get information to return items as they require you to email back and forth asking the same questions regarding how to get refund and where to send the items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I doubt I will see my money back. They are a scam.

Missing item from order, delivery took several more weeks than scheduled, ridiculous shipping tax in addition to advertised fee. Poor will not shop there again .

Terrible service. Most looks extremely cheap and like it would fit weird. I got a purse from them and still haven’t gotten it a half year later. I’ve contacted them and done the missing mail search but no luck. Wasted so much time going to the post offices they said it was at just for them to say it was delivered but when I called ups they said it had gone to the recover center. Never shopping here again! Never would recommend them!

Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Currently filing a claim with the bank as they refuse to give my money back for a return. Offer points instead which do not equate to my money, nor will ever be useful due to the fact that I will NEVER shop here again. Oh, they also make you pay for the shipping label to an overseas country but don't worry they don't reimburse you either.
