“Hair feels great and colour is perfect. My only criticism is that the ends are very blunt, so they sit in blocky and not feathered. So I will need to cut them for them to blend in naturally. You will see in the photos, when one is layered over the other is a very blunt piece, and not blended naturally/softly. Thankfully I'm hairdresser and can do that, but for a non hairdresser these are not something you can just clip in and go. They would need some cutting/shaping.
They also arrived really quickly. I did get express shipping, but that's not always really express. But the shipping time was great.”

“A little upset with the hair. It doesn’t fit my head and It is a bit unfair that you can’t really try it on without having to break the warranty seal and then unable to return if you aren’t happy. Have been a long term (5+ year customer, potentially close to 10 years).
Express posted always meant 1-3 days maximum. Ordered on Tuesday and no update as of Thursday 9pm that it’s even been shipped and it’s only going to Brisbane.
Whatever’s happened with the change of procedure is not good, I’m hoping the quality of hair is.”

“My delivery unfortunately never arrived. I didn’t receive any notification or card with instructions stating that my delivery was available for pickup. The email with the tracking number redirects directly to the Australia Post website, but the delivery was actually handled by another company, which made it difficult to find the correct information. Additionally, the delivery was authorized to be left at the door, which does not justify the claim that the item was returned to the sender. Overall, this was a terrible experience with the delivery and lack of clear information. Please resend the item and leave it at the door or provide clear instructions.
Even more surprising was receiving this email to rate my experience and the product, considering I never received the product or any information about where it was. It’s quite frustrating.”
