Worst customer service ever!!!! For a world wide company, worst ive ever experienced. Questions never get read, repeat myself million times. Responses that dont even make sense!!!! I just have had enough!!! Made an order with 2 of the same items in different sizes. Both prices are different. They keep telling me that the price can change at any time??? How does that make any sense! Disgusting customer services. On top of that. It takes them forever to respond and you are lucky if they do!

I purchased an outfit for my daughter-in-law, but it was too small. She went to the store within 30 days to exchange it for the correct size, with the tags still on and the outfit unworn. However, she was turned away because she didn't have the receipt, as I was away at the time. Since then, I have tried to exchange the outfit or get a credit note, but the store has refused. I have spent the better part of a week dealing with their online chat. I was promised that a superior would contact me within 24-48 hours, but that never happened. When I followed up, I was essentially told "too bad" and cut off from the chat without any resolution. The customer service has been poor, and their exchange/return policy is unreasonable.

If there was less than star I will mark it. I returned items directly into the shop, I receive the mail with the intake number and products but they don’t refund me the money, they are thieves, You try to get in contact with them and they have the customer services in another country where they don’t mind your situation at all, they don’t give solution to anything, call to Spain headquarters and they say that because you bought it in Uk you have to claim it in UK, but where is la shouting in the middle of a desert. I paid through Paypal and I have opened a claim let see …

Avoid Buying in Zara!!! I made a purchase at Zara, and they sent me the items purchased from another customer by mistake. Inside the box was all the personal information of that customer (Outside the box were my information and address) I sent those items back and sent proof of the return and photos of the items that were not mine) and I told them that I only wanted the item that I had purchased or the money back. Since this never reached me. That was 1 month ago, I tried to contact them and they told me to wait a few days, etc etc and so it's been 1 month. Anyway. THEY STEAL YOU, Avoid it!!! They are not responsible for their mistakes, and you run the risk that someone else may have your personal information.

Cancel the order themselves for a digital gift certificate, then they can't undo it even though payment has already been made. Have to wait 14 days to get your money back. Maybe they use outdated system from y2k?!

My perfume arrived today smashed and so far customer services have not got back to me, I've actually read alot of comments regarding perfumes arriving smashed but i had already put in my order, I'll never buy from them again since that is £28.99 down the drain

So i purchased a pair of loafers on 17 February 2024. And returned them on the very next day. Today is 26 March and still they are taking time to refund my amount. Whenever i call or chat with their CC associates, each one tells me to wait for 3-5 working days and this keeps repeating. Plus what they do is close the chat window disrespectfully once they have stated their point. This feels very insulting for customers who are loyal to Zara since so many years.

Terrible return policy. I bought an item in store and left it in the bag. I decided to wear it 30 days later and noticed a huge stain. With tags in tact, I took it back to exchange and of course they would not do it due to the 30 day return policy. This is terrible customer service. It was clear that I had not worn the item.

Beware of Zara they have lost or stolen my parcels and are trying to blame me even though tracking states it has been delivered and signed for! Letter before action sent I have emailed all of their investors and CEO to inform them what a shambles Zara is

Unprofessional manager! The perfume I purchased caused a rash on my skin not only the manager refused a refund but made unprofessional remarks and refused to tell me her name ! How much does this company spend on advertising? How sad to lose a loyal customer OVER $38 !!!!

Shameful company! Absolute disgrace of the company. Never will shop again. I have returned an item, 2 weeks after the company has received the return I had to get in touch with customer service because I haven’t heard from them and no refund has been issued. Next day I have received a message from Zara saying “ After conducting a comprehensive inquiry, we have determined that the items you mentioned have not been received by our warehouse. We regret notifying you that as a result, we will be unable to handle the item refund.” 1st of all I sent back 1 item not items, secondly Royal Mail tracking says the parcel has been delivered to Zara’s warehouse and your website confirms that the return has been delivered to their warehouse. But I have been told that the zara’s warehouse didn’t get the return. This is scam, they are robbing people out of the money. What is your company doing is illegal. I have all the proof that they got the return but Zara denys that even the information on your website confirms that they have received return. I can believe what is going on. I have been scammed and robbed out of money. Unacceptable!!!!!

Terrible company! Zara is no grateful for its loyal clientele whom is very patience with this company which for the most sales items that are almost disposable; ZARA clothing start to brake up from the first time you wear it. They sent me an incomplete order and haven't refunded me yet. I wanted return the second order as the items look cheap..I was away for 3 weeks and they refused to return the item which were not even on sale.

Appalling customer service. Courier list my parcel and zara refusing to refund me over a week later. I would encourage anyone with problems,to contact the chief executive, Samantha mackintosh, their email address is available if you google it. Let them know what a rubbish company they are in charge of.

Ordered two items to my old address.. which was returned. Requested for it to be sent to my current address which they kindly did.. but one item was missing. I reported this but received and email back to say my request had been “rejected” so now I’ve lost money and extremely disappointed !! Any other company would replace the missing item but instead I’ve been made to be a liar by them and they have not resolved my issue. Won’t be ordering online again!
