Would also give 0 STARS if i could. Customer service team accsued me of lieing on multiple times to get out of a small refund as their website was very poorly updated. Would highly recommend no one to buy from these guys as if something goes wrong with your order there is very little support in place. Zavvi have lost a huge customer here as i own in the thousands of video games and tens of consoles but they would still sooner lose a customer like this than deal with any problems. Please if anyone wants a Zbox go for a loot crate or 1up box i have bought subscriptions for both of these now instead of Zavvis zbox and would suggest anyone else considering this to do the same.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered item October 2014 has been dispatched September 2015! Very little contact (just the same email each time with a different date) lasts few emails were ignored at no point would they give me a dispatch date! I actually cancelled order months ago and yet they haven't actually cancelled it and dispatched it nearly 12 months after ordering! Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a poster, they sent the wrong one. It took a month of messages on their stupid message board system to get a refund. Will never use again

Advertised ps4 bundle as stock, take your money, then 3 days later tell you they are waiting On Their supplier and don't have a date!!!!! All individual items are listed as stock!! No phone number to ring them and very slow/no response to email APPALLING SERVICE FOR SOMEONE SPENDING OVER £300!!

Pred-ordered a game two weeks before its release. A day before so they contact me saying its unavilable and they will offer a different version of the game. The next day, I do t recieve the game and realise they didnt even take my money. Contacted them several times and all they did was ignor my emails. I honestly dont know what to do as the pre order bonus will be lost if I now butly from elsewhere. I am completely applled by their responces ans lack of service. That was the first and last time I order from them agai.

I got a game with code allready used code. Contacted customer support and got the same answer every time: we are researching it. For a month now. I feel ripped off. They lost a loyal customer.

I ordered a dvd box set on 23rd feb was never sent out and can't tell me when they will be able to ship it. the customer service is appualing you just get standard response emails I will NEVER use them again avoid at all costs

I ordered just over £40 worth of stuff from Zavvi in January, and got an email saying they were all dispatched together. A few days later I only received one item (worth about £2) so £40 worth of stuff didn't come. I've emailed them twice (tried ringing but the number only has an automated message telling you to go on the website) and have sent the non receipt of goods form thing that they made me print, fill in, then scan, and sent back, and I haven't heard anything. Really won't be ordering from them again, at least with amazon you can ring/chat online to get it sorted quickly rather than send emails; waiting days hoping that you get a reply, and with ebay you get paypal protection. I wouldn't suggest anyone risk more than a few pounds on this website.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with Zavvi.com! NEVER pre-order an item from Zavvi - I placed pre -order for X-box One as special treat for my 15 year old when he passed his GCSE's. 3 weeks after due date still hadn't received my X-box but the payment had been taken! No phone number on web site to contact Customer Services so had to complain via email. The replies to my query were awful basically unwilling to accept any responsibility for taking more pre -orders than they could fulfill. After many emails they just cancelled my order!!!!! Currently watching my bank account for the money!!!!!! DO NOT BUY from this company

I would strongly suggest anyone that has ever ordered from Zavvi... especially if you have subsequently received an email stating your order had to be cancelled for some reason, BUT, that your card would not be charged... CHECK your bank statements! This exact scenario happened to me and, boy do I wish I'd done some research on Zavvi before I created an account and placed an order with them. Had I not been the type of person that keeps a keen eye on their bank transactions, I may never have even noticed they'd billed me for what was by that point, a non-existent order as it had been cancelled a week earlier. Technical error they explained in their first response to my querying the unauthorised charge on my card. Mistakes happen... computer systems are not infallible, so... this explanation could be acceptable. However... 4 WEEKS and multiple complaint emails just to get my money back... each responded to by more or less the same line... 'Sorry, we've passed this issue to (insert payments team/IT team/etc) and requested a refund for you again, which should be paid within 3-4 working days'... it didn't fell like incompetence... it felt like a scripted stalling procedure. During the course of this fiasco, I did my research on Zavvi... better late than never, I figured. Wanted to know what I might be up against. I was stunned to discover my problem was not only far from unique, but actually seemed commonplace. This whole experience has left me wondering whether the standard practice at Zavvi is to charge a customer's card irrespective of whether they can fulfil the order and just put up with the customer complaints for at least 1 month on any given transaction, so that the money sits in their account gathering interest while they stall the refund. I wonder how much money is sitting in their bank account at any one time that actually belongs to customers awaiting a refund? I've also noted numerous reports of 'out of stock' order cancellations, swiftly followed by an email to the customer that the item is now back in stock, but unfortunately... no longer at the original price it was when the customer made their original order. So, just in case you've missed the underlying message in my review... Steer clear of Zavvi! They're still in administration (or have only just clawed their way out of it), and I would not consider your money safe in any transaction with Zavvi. Even if they tell you that your order was cancelled and... hand on heart, scouts honour, etc... your card will not be charged for this transaction. If you've already been doing lots of business with Zavvi... check your bank statements carefully.

THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. where to start. there ordering system doesnt update so you place your order and then you can e-mail sorry you cant have the item. shocking customer service, it took weeks to sort things out, and they even sent details of my complaint to another customer who was also complaining as the customer e-mail me to let me know. how bad is that. the reviews are totally fake and made up by fake accounts by employees. one item i ordered they sent an e-mail saying that i couldnt have it as there was none left in stock then the next day i received another e-mail saying that it is in stock but i couldnt have at the price i placed my order with(the price advertised) but i could have it at a higher price which was an extra quite abit higher, what a con. 2 items never turned up refund given. the head of customer service lied to me saying he tried calling me but no answer depsite giving me a time when he was going to call so made sure i was free i waited for nearly 2hrs no call, i had no missed calls on my mobile, nothing at all. he eventually called me days later only after i had sent him an e-mail complaining, he even admitted to me they have a small team going onto review sites trying to rectify bad reviews, but how? i will tell you how they are posting fake good reviews how dirty and deceiving is that. I couldnt believe what experience i was having, for a company to get it so wrong is shocking, this was my first order with them, now every review site i got onto is full of bad experiences.
