My story is the same as everyone’s here. Still not posted eve though I ordered a week before their ‘Last date for xmas delivery’. After saying I want to cancel they are just no longer replying after three emails over three weeks. Who knows if I’ve lost £60…

Terrible company. Ordered a lord of the rings blanket on the 10th December as my son had put one on his Christmas list. Was hesitant to order after reading the bad reviews but couldn't find another company selling one and thought I would take a chance at £15 as item was in stock. 2 days before Christmas and item hasn't been dispatched and is still being processed. Have chased up countless times (don't get me started on the terrible customer service) and still no item. They are waiting for the supplier to send the stock apparently. If they had told me this when I first chased up delivery, I could have cancelled the order. Will never order from Zavvi again.

Absolutely terrible. Possibly the worst experience I've had with a company. Brought lego. They sent the wrong item to me. Now the lego item I wanted is out of stock. Ruined Christmas and spoke to over 30 staff who NEVER your questions. Can't call them. You can't email them. No online chat. The only way to sort out mistakes and problems is through their website which is a broken mess! AVOID.

Ordered 2 items for Christmas should have arrived by 12th December, but 10 days later my items are still be processed with no sign of despatch. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying ordering do yourselves a favour and look for something different on another sit😡😡😡

Wrong items dispatched. 10% offer for compensation. Months late for delivery. 1-2 promotional emails per day. Some items without tracking number. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Horrendous! They have taken money 3 weeks ago for my son’s Christmas present from Santa and no present! Apparently out of stock but they took my money regardless. Now unable to buy it from elsewhere as they have my money. Will never use again and will tell everyone to avoid!

It’s not a scam. My item was showing as still processing when it should have been sent on the 14th read all of these reviews and was so worried as I’d spent £112 on a xmas present that I was sure I wasn’t going to receive. I emailed customer services and was promised they were working hard to get it sent, I was going to give it a couple of days before contacting bank about being scammed when today my ITEM HAS ARRIVED. So relieved. Processing time and dispatch times were not good enough and is reflected in how many stars I’ve given. However item is in excellent condition, has indeed arrived in time for Xmas despite being late and when I contacted customer services I had a good response in good timing! Super relieved!

Do not order. I ordered a month ago, got told it would be next day delivery, then got told it would be sent 2 weeks later and now 2 weeks after that date I've been told it's out of stock. Scam company

Take orders and payment even if they don't have to item in stock... they ignore messages , They are just awful..... do yourself a favour and order from a legitimate company, not this gang of thieves

Marvel Gifts showed up in an awful looking protein box not what they look like on there site,just chucked in, how's this allowed, and then charged me £4 to return the parcel, discussing...

You have to admire Zavvi for coming up with the ultimate scam, Advertise items that are not in stock, Automatically add a digital brochure to your order so you cannot get refund or chargeback (as they state that order has been partially delivered) Genius, Well done Zavvi. They keep your money. £110 down the drain

Took payment for an item that was due to ship on November 22nd. 3 weeks later it is still waiting to dispatch and I can’t cancel the order due to the free digital magazine, that I didn’t want in the first place. Sent two emails but never received a reply. Terrible service.

Same position as others. I bought a Mandalorian Helmet & a Mandalorian funko pop! . Zavvi sent the Funko Pop! from the United States to the UK but they never sent the Mandalorian Helmet. I tried to cancel & was told the item was now in the dispatch process so I have no right to cancel. This company is acting illegally I've reported them to the ombudsman in the uk.

Please report this company to action fraud. They have done this to hundreds of customers and need to be held accountable!, they have refused cancellation which is against their terms and conditions, in addition they have breached the consumer act.

My Christmas jumper was supposed to be delivered on the 7th December, it's now the 10th, my party is tomorrow and it still hasn't been dispatched! I will never use Zavvi again after this. Pathetic service and communication.
