“Only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is due to the lack of having a way to contact someone by phone. Let’s face it, it’s hard not to feel a bit uneasy when you drop hundreds of dollars (I purchased 3 pieces) without being able to speak live with someone who can assist with questions. That being said, the instant messaging and email work well. I had all my questions and concerns addressed almost immediately. Ruslana, the representative I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was immediately put to ease after our communication. Our items arrived in perfect condition and per the quoted delivery time. In summary, if you don’t mind waiting about 4 weeks, this place is really worth checking out. They even provide you with a postal tracking number. The pieces are unique and well constructed. My house now feels like a home! The prices are unbeatable and customer service is excellent! You can order from this company with confidence!”

“So I read a lot of the negative reviews (after my purchase) and I must admit, I was pretty nervous. However, Zellart is completely legit. Yes, it took just over a month to arrive (ordered 8/25, arrived today 9/30). And yes, it was in Ukraine for about a month. However, when it arrived it was packaged extremely well and the picture was in perfect condition. The picture was exactly as picture and I am impressed with the quality.”

“This company is great and Lana is great! I emailed for tracking and got a response within an hour and then my print was damaged in transit and no question's asked, Lana sent me a message right away letting me know that my replacement was on its way. I'm not sure why the negative comments about this company. They are doing what the can with this whole Covid situation. I would buy from them over and over again! They are Wonderful and have amazing customer service! Oh, AND my print is gorgeous minus the damage from transit. Can't wait to receive the replacement!”

“The artwork arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The quality of the canvas and finish is excellent. I definitely feel that I got my monies worth. Would have given five stars if it wasn't for the delivery issues coming from the Ukraine. Totally USPS's fault but just know that the delivery will be slow. I wasn't aware of that going into the purchase.”

“When ordering please be aware that Zellart is in the Ukraine and that your order won't be there by tomorrow. We contacted them and they advised us on the expected delivery date and sure enough it arrived then. Our triptych is beautiful and we are very happy with it.”

“Zellart does not tell you it will take two months to get your items. They don't tell you that you're paying over $100 for small canvases. They charged me four times and I am still paying twice now after disputes for one item. If you don't want a headache and financial loss, don't buy their art. THEY SEND IT THROUGH SNAIL MAIL. There's one person in customer service. As an online company, they're not transparent. Lastly, they told me to contact paypal about getting a refund. I used my credit card and NEVER LOGGED in to paypal to pay.”

“I never post reviews but they totally deserve it! I went through the reviews and I thought it was a scam just by reading other’s commentary. When I purchased I thought I was purchasing in the US. Havent noticed it shipped out of Ukraine therefore the wait has been a little bit long. I emailed zellart and they came back to me immediately. The canvas arrived exactly a month after in perfect condition. The packaging is very well done. the picture is just as seen. We love it! I only wish you had a bigger size. Other than that, great experience!”

“We found what we wanted in Zellart's natures landscape. The optical detail and colors are exact. One panel of three came damaged. Ruslana from Customer Service quickly replaced not the one panel, but all 3 fo maintain the color matrix. Outstanding service.”

“Artwork is excellent. the packaging was best ever seen. layers of plastic and bubble-wrap and then all inside a box. It did take a little over a month to receive, but in that time Lana from their customer service desk was very responsive to my emails. The holdup may in part be covid-related, or customs? Again, it was Lana in customer service who kept me feeling ok about the order coming.”

“My order for classic Black Girl with a Golden lips canvas hit a snag and took longer than it should. However, Zellart sent a replacement which arrived including the original order that was stuck in transit. Must admit i was more than pleased with my purchase due to its quality and authenticity.”

“I ordered these beautiful ready to hang artworks without realizing they were coming from out of the country. When delivery was in limbo, I started to get nervous and reached out. The customer representative responded quickly and assured me that eventually I will receive my order and provided me with tracking info I could access. She also explained why I was having trouble. She was professional and caring in all of our communications. I finally got my art and the packaging was impressive, but the art was even more so. I’m so glad I could be patient because for the price and quality, it was worth the wait. I read many reviews that said there was no customer service to help you with delayed delivery issues and that is just NOT true. This was worth the wait and I’m love my art.”

“Even though it took well longer than anticipated to receive my order due to the pandemic times, I finally received my print today. It really is great! High quality and packaged very well. Customer Service is very helpful and responded very quickly when I inquired about my order. I realize with the pandemic times it’s frustrating to wait longer than expected, but it turned out worth the wait. To dispel some of the reviews, ...this is definitely not a scam.”

“Great news to report!!! We ordered our artwork on May 31, it was shipped around June 10. The tracking info said Kiev until August 11, when it updated to NY! Since then we've gotten an update every couple of days from USPS, and today, 8/17, it arrived!!! The artwork is gorgeous, high quality and was immaculately packed. Of course we were nervous, given we'd paid over $450 and all the bad reviews, but Lana answered our emails immediately and calmed our nerves along the way. I don't hold Zellart responsible for the slow shipping. Under the circumstances, how can they know how long it will take? They did a great job, and it was worth the wait!!!”

“Placed my order on June 12th, and the art arrived August 14th - this is to be expected given the fact that the art is produced after one orders it, the distance involved, and the time it takes to clear U.S. Customs. The art is beautiful, wonderfully produced on high quality material. The frame over which the art is stretched is extremely well made and perfectly straight and square, and the stapling is extremely close and perfect. The frame even had mounting brackets screwed in and perfectly placed. The packaging was very impressive - the art was wrapped in cling plastic, then encased in small bubble wrap, then encased in large bubble wrap, then enclosed in a sturdy cardboard box well sealed. All edges of the bubble wrap are sealed to prevent moisture infiltration. It came out in perfect condition. During the waiting period, I was in contact with Zellart customer service a few times, not being used to such a long delivery period, and they responded immediately and were both kind and helpful in keeping me apprised. The art shipped via U.S. Mail so I also was able to track the package, although once picked up in Ukraine, it takes weeks for it to make it to the U.S., so expect a lengthy dark period with no shipping update. Be patient - it is worth the wait. Conclusion - Zellart is legit. and has a high-quality product at a great price. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great source of really interesting art.”

“Good news! I wrote a 1-star review about one month ago, stating this is a scam. I just received my art on Aug 11! I ordered it on May 18, it was shipped on Jun 2, which was true, because at the end of June I contacted USPS and they said the customs was not cleared and the package was not made it to their system yet, only the tracking number was assigned. I had no expectations receiving the package anymore, and kind of late disputing the charge on my credit card. But, eventually I got it, alomost 3 months later! The art is great and it was indeed very well packaged as someone mentioned in their earlier review. I hope you will receive your art, too! Shipping by sea, and being handled by USPS is not helping! The bottom line is the art deserves 5-stars, the shipping performance deserves 0-stars. Good luck!”

“4 months ago I ordered what I thought would be the perfect art piece for my room. Still nothing from this company. I really do not think this piece is going to arrive ever and I just threw away money. Very sad - not a very trusted business at all”
