“Great first time experience using Zippity. It was extremely easy to set up the appointment and have the car worked on at my work. Communication was excellent on what was needed prior to the appointment as well as during the service (kept me up to date on the status as well as the health of my car and whether additional service was needed). I have recommended Zippity to other co-workers.”

“The service could not have been more convenient, and a box of mints, and a thank you card from the technicians! Very happy!! it even saved me a trip to the dealership to replace a turn signal bulb. That is a service that I did not even know that Zippity offered. I will continue with the oil change service, as the pricing seems competitive, and can be completed during my work day. My assumption may be incorrect with this suggestion. My assumption is that Zippity waits until ALL scheduled vehicles are complete prior to returning any key to the box. If that is the case, my only suggestion is that as you finish the client's car, to offer the key back immediately. Thank you!!”

“I love the amount of information that is shared with the customer. I was able to see pictures and read information about every single part on the inspection. The gentleman servicing the vehicle also was very clear in the information provided. The experience of the entire service was butter smooth with absolutely no need to interact with anyone and no need to wait for anything. The convenience of it in my office parking lot is also very helpful. I hope this becomes the norm for car servicing and my only feedback would be to add more days for zippity on site here so i can book an appointment even sooner. But that might be an option once you have enough demand from this office.”
