I spent a long time researching and considering an underdesk treadmill, watching YouTube videos and reading reviews while weighing up the different treadmills on the market. After lockdown and working for myself, I was so weak and have spent a LOT of time and money at the physio and doing corrective exercises to strengthen glutes, legs etc. Part of my ongoing rehabilitation has been to adopt a standing desk and get my steps in, but there isn't enough time in the day to get to my goal of 10K. And with the standing desk alone, it was hard to stand for long periods and I would end up slumped or putting my leg up on a chair. So I started investigating an underdesk walking pad or treadmill. I realised early on that I wanted a high-quality treadmill, not something with plastic or cheap materials, but one that would be a solid build and last the distance. I eventually settled on the Endurance Under Desk Treadmill and I couldn't be happier. It's a great length and width for good strides, fits neatly under the desk, the remote is easy to use and I don't need an app, which I appreciate. I like that it also has a foldable arms so I can turn into conventional treadmill if I want to run on it. It's not too loud, has a good speed so I can do fast walking and even run and is a solid build and looks great. Very satisfied and I'm regularly hitting my 10K.
