This is a DIY light, which was not clear from the description. There are 3 components that need to be folded and while not exactly hard, it's not easy. The instructions are very minimal and you need to pay close attention to the drawings. It is pretty put together, but best in a room that you can have a focused viewpoint. At some angles you can see into the folds too much. Not sure I would pay $100+ again knowing these factors. (ignore the hole still in my ceiling next to it)
