Great value cable machine, good for pull downs, rows, curls, flyes etc. Little fiddly to put together with the cables and pulleys but patience is key. Delivery took a while but the team kept me updated. Overall quite happy with my purchase, and even considering buying a second so I can do on both sides at the same time.
