To be fair… this is my second 5-star review. Why you ask? Well, when I made my last review, I had not used it very much except on a couple sandwiches (Turkey Reuben and hamburger). Since then I have smuggled it into my favorite Mexican restaurant to use on their shrimp street tacos (amazing). Today, I used it in my deviled eggs. They turned out great….Simons was the perfect addition.
