Never heard of the Leo’s Loo until recently now I can’t imagine life without it!!! During setup, I put the machine on carpet without realizing it would cause a problem. The Smarty Pear customer care team was super helpful. Now I know the sensors at the bottom are for weight and safety. Keep up the good work guys. I would highly recommend this product to all cat parents.
