I had originally ordered from Amazon and the order came missing components, broken pieces, and clearly opened and used. I was desperate for some relief so I cleaned it best I could and it did help ease my asthma attack symptoms significantly. I contacted the company directly and they immediately put in an order for a replacement before I’d even returned mine through Amazon. That way I wouldn’t be without the device for managing my symptoms. I really appreciated that kindness, and will recommend people go direct through the company instead of Amazon. Totally worth it! This product has made me feel less stressed about going camping again. I know I’ll have relief right there when I need it. I just wish the battery lasted longer.
