I don't usually buy protein powders as I don't trust the ingredients but was wanting something extra post-workout when I haven't got time to make a substantial protein meal. I make this with water, berries, and occasionally a different fruit depending on what is in the freezer, and some extra supplements. It's filling, does not react in my gut, and has just the perfect amount of choc mint taste. Love it.
