I initially did the protocol to help support/encourage my mum to jump on board, I only had 4-5kg to lose and have lost 8kg thus far ( with 3 weeks left to go ) my mum is only in week 5 and has lost 9kg 😁! I admittedly read through phase 1 and 2 and didn’t really read about phase 3 and 4 until I was in the protocol - and it’s been such a wonderful learning experience. I am a nutritionist myself, and will absolutely be recommending this protocol to clients who want to lose weight and improve their day to day habits - I love that this is a longevity thing not a quick fix - nothing changes if nothing changes 🩷 thank you Cyndi and the wonderful coaches who are always available to answer questions.
