I am new to safety squat bars and was prepared to spend $600-$800 for a good quality bar. After reading a review comparing maybe 10 different bars that concluded the Titan bar was the best overall choice I figured I'd try one. I got the Titan series bar. I'm new to SSB's so I can't compare it with the feel of other bars, but mostly am rating the fit/finish/quality of the bar. Please see the two video reviews (First impression, and after use). The assembly was minimal with just sliding the collars on and fastening the set screws and screwing in the ends of the handles. It was not necessary to remove the padding to screw in the handles, but in the video/pictures I did just to see the construction. The bar weighs in at 67 lbs and I mic'ed the collars and they are right on. Even my older Ivanko COX collars fit, as well as the CBP plates. The fit is tight around my roller bar holders but adequate. Overall, considering the bargain price, I'm super impressed with this bar.
