We purchased the open box Impact Mill. It grinds wheat berries perfectly. The flour is much finer than with my Professional Kitchenaid. I love how it only takes two minutes to grind enough for two loaves of bread. I expected it to be really loud, but it's not as loud as the Kitchenaid. The short video will give you a sample. I'm very happy with the smaller size of the machine and the quality of the ground flour. It looked brand new too.
