Only 3 stars to start with, as I had a huge issue with the downloading of Google Sheets, for my Food Log and my Pocket Coach, so I can track my calories based on the important info provided on there - weight, height, age, body fat %, etc, as they're linked by BWS's formula... but no resolvement of this as yet, and I am about to enter Week 2?!
However, this turned out to be MY issue, as I wasn't signed in to Google account... who knew?... as I am not exactly tech-savvy... but getting there! :-)
On the whole, BWS is the one place I would go to again, as they have a bucketful of info, videos, transcripts, gorgeous meals and recipes... but sooo much, this too is taking me an age to get through... but lovely that it all comes with a variety of calorific options, and all macros taken care of.. but better this than a much shorter menu! :-)
So, anyhoo, I am off and running, but finding the balancing of my macros (Cals/Protein) the hardest part to get right, and hitting anywhere close to my targets... though I did manage one day which was within 3 or 4 g's/cals... but I can't eat that menu every day... especially with my busy days.
Though it's a slow and painful process for me right now., I'm sure I'll get there in the end. :-)
