Way too much information to wade through. It takes a few days to even get started on the program (set up Google Sheets, set my My Fitness Pal, set up some kind of step app, not to mention all the videos that have to be watched) and even then I wonder if I'm even following the program correctly. A very simplified program with everything I need in one place would be a lot less overwhelming. It's too early to tell if this is working for me yet.
